Kamala Harris wants to eliminate the First Amendment
Vice President Kamala Harris is trying to distance herself from the extremist positions she took in the Senate and during her failed 2020 Presidential campaign.
She told CNN’s Dana Bash that she wanted to appoint a Republican to her cabinet if she wins the election because she values diversity of opinion.
“I have spent my career inviting diversity of opinion. I think it’s important to have people at the table when some of the most important decisions are being made that have different views, different experiences,” Kamala claimed. “And I think it would be to the benefit of the American public to have a member of my Cabinet who was a Republican.”
Kamala is trying to portray herself as a moderate now that she needs the support of voters in swing states to win the election.
She doesn’t value diversity of opinion.
The last time she ran for President, she threatened to shut down any social media platform that didn’t censor Americans she disagreed with.
Kamala told a Detroit NAACP in 2019 during her Presidential campaign she would direct the Justice Department to go after “misinformation” and “hate” online.
We’ll put the Department of Justice of the United States back in the business of justice,” Kamala ranted. “We will double the Civil Rights Division and direct law enforcement to counter this extremism. We will hold social media platforms accountable for the hate infiltrating their platforms because they have a responsibility to help fight against this threat to our democracy.”
“And if you profit off of hate, if you act as a megaphone for misinformation or cyber warfare, if you don’t police your platforms, we are going to hold you accountable as a community,” Kamala added.

Misinformation and hate speech are a cover to censor conservatives and critics of Democrats off of social media platforms.
Kamala doesn’t believe in the First Amendment
U.S. Senator Ted Cruz (R-TX) said that Kamala believes that free speech is a privilege, not a right, on his podcast Verdict.
He warned that she would be a threat to the First Amendment if she was in the White House.
“Kamala has a long, long history of calling for censorship, calling for silencing anyone who disagrees with her, of wanting to use government power to silence her critics,” Cruz said.
Cruz pointed to a Brazilian judge banning X, formerly Twitter, in the country because he falsely accused it of being a threat to democracy.
“If Kamala Harris becomes President, I predict now she will try to muzzle X,” Cruz stated. “She will try to ban X. She wants to follow Brazil’s path and ban X. She wants to use government power to go after big tech and force them to be her censors.”
Kamala Harris would be a clear and present danger to the First Amendment if she is sitting in the Oval Office.
