Kamala Harris’ campaign is about to get sued for threatening a Trump ally
Kamala Harris’ Presidential campaign has packed in a lot of lies in a short span of time.
For example, Harris is flip-flopping all of her positions from 2020 in an attempt to appear moderate.
Now the Harris campaign is attempting to smear YouTube political commentator Tim Pool.
Pool has socially liberal values, but vehemently opposes the Deep State and the lawfare against Donald Trump.
For those reasons, he supported Trump in 2020, and said he planned to vote for him in 2024.
Because Pool has a big social media presence, he has been a persistent target of the Left.
And the official Kamala Harris campaign social media account disgustingly claimed that he wanted to execute Democrats that opposed Trump.
In response, Pool plans to sue the Harris campaign.
He explained in a video message, “We are preparing a lawsuit against the Kamala Harris campaign due to a defamatory statement posted on X [formerly Twitter] which is extreme, egregious, and I just gotta say, outright psychotic in accusing me, me personally, as well as Laura Loomer—but we are two separate individuals—of calling for unchecked legal power so that they, meaning Trump and his allies, can jail and execute anyone who doesn’t support Trump if he wins, which is a shocking and egregious lie that goes so far beyond the pale.”
In the video in question, Pool and pro-Trump political activist Laura Loomer talked about how to stop the over-the-top lawfare against Trump, his supporters, and anyone that opposed Joe Biden’s regime.
They suggested that Democrats needed a taste of their own medicine.
Tim Pool continued, “It’s shocking and downright insane. . .Immediately, I contacted my legal team. . .The tweet in question refers to me as a Trump operative. I do not work for the Trump campaign. I’ve never received any money from the Trump campaign or Trump PACs. We have received no outside investment for this show, for anything related to Timcast Media Group. We received no outside investment. It’s all been funded from the ground up, from the start of my original podcast, youtube.com/timcast, as well as my personal savings.”
Kamala Harris and Democrats are milking Project 2025 for all it’s worth
Team Harris also said that Pool was affiliated with Project 2025, which has become the Left’s favorite boogeyman.
Pool explained, “The tweet goes on to say that I have a Project 2025 plan. I am in no way associated with Project 2025, though I’ve interviewed some of the people who are associated with Project 2025 and have been involved. Timcast is not, has not, and will not be a part of or in any way related to Project 2025, nor have I ever called for anyone to have unchecked legal authority.”
Pool particularly took exception to the charge that he wanted to execute people.
He is vehemently opposed to the death penalty in all circumstances.
Pool added, “And I will stress this because this is the most shockingly offensive part of what they said. . .I am opposed to the death penalty in all circumstances. I have argued against the death penalty in every circumstance. I do not trust the government to decide who gets to live and die, and I will never support the death penalty or any type of executions. For that matter, the clip in question, posted by the Kamala campaign was literally me arguing against the idea of the death penalty, telling Laura Loomer that she was wrong. These individuals did not commit treason, more likely sedition.”
