Kamala Harris has rebranded herself to sound more moderate for the General Election.

She’s holding back on what she wants to do in the White House.

And Kamala Harris has this nasty trick up her sleeve to knock out the Constitution.

The Kamala Harris-Tim Walz ticket is a clear and present danger to free speech

Vice President Kamala Harris has kept her cards close to her vest about her agenda if she wins the election.

But there’s plenty of evidence that she and her running mate, Minnesota Governor Tim Walz, want to wage war against Americans’ First Amendment rights.

The Biden-Harris administration has made online censorship part and parcel of its political tactics.

A lawsuit from the attorneys general of Louisiana and Missouri exposed that senior administration officials were pressuring social media companies to censor topics like the pandemic and the 2020 Election.

Kamala said in a 2019 Democrat Presidential Primary debate on CNN that former President Donald Trump should be banned from Twitter.

“We’re talking about a private corporation, Twitter, that has terms of use,” Kamala ranted. “And as far as I’m concerned, and I think most people would say, including members of Congress who he has threatened, that he has lost his privileges and it should be taken down. There has to be a responsibility that is placed on these social media sites to understand their power.”

Constitutional law professor expresses concern about the state of free speech

George Washington University constitutional law professor Jonathan Turley is worried about the growing threats to free speech.

The war that global governments are waging against free speech could be coming to the shores of America.

Brazilian Judge Alexandre de Moraes banned X from the country by falsely claiming the Elon Musk-owned social media platform undermined the country’s democracy.

A European Union (EU) bureaucrat threatened to arrest Musk for following the EU’s Digital Services Act to censor content the globalists don’t like.

“You have in Europe threats against Musk for arrest,” Turley said. “They’ve already arrested another CEO of a platform.”

France arrested Telegram CEO Pavel Durov for allowing alleged illegal activity on his free speech messaging app.

“But it’s really Brazil that I think many in the anti-free speech movement are watching carefully,” Turley explained. “If Brazil can succeed in banning Twitter from the entire country, it will be replicated because many hold the view of what you just heard from Vice President Harris. They view speech as a privilege. It’s like a driver’s license that they think that can be rescinded if you’re reckless.”

Turley warned that if Americans wouldn’t voluntarily give up their free speech rights, anti-free speech politicians would try to take away sites like X.

Democrats want to create a “hate speech” exception to the First Amendment to give them carte blanche power to silence speech they don’t like.

“There’s a movement to amend the First Amendment,” Turley stated. “One of my colleagues is leading that. They say that the First Amendment is aggressively individualistic, which is sort of the point. But no, we need more protection through Congress.”

“Free speech is on the ballot because, quite frankly, a Harris-Walz administration would be a perfect nightmare for free speech,” Turley added.

Kamala Harris would try to take a sledgehammer to the First Amendment if she wins the election.
