J.D. Vance has been smeared online and harassed in public.
He has particularly ruffled feathers because of his foreign policy.
And Vance was fuming when he discovered who was behind the people protesting him.
Vance targeted by USAID-backed group
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky torpedoed a potential peace deal when he insulted Donald Trump and J.D. Vance in front of the cameras during a White House visit.
After the blowup, pro-Ukraine protesters harassed Vance and his family when they were on a skiing vacation in Vermont.
Permanent Washington has spent the last three years brainwashing Americans into believing that it is their duty to fund the war until the last Ukrainian drops.
And anyone who disagrees gets labeled a pro-Russia propagandist.
But it turns out that some of the groups pushing the “pro-Russia” talking point are being funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID).
Democrats and their media allies have tried to trick the American people into believing that USAID is some harmless humanitarian aid organization.
However, the smears against Vance and others are more in line with what USAID does.
USAID is a funding mechanism for the interests of the Deep State.
The Grayzone reported the United States “government funded a Ukrainian military intelligence firm which smeared US Vice President JD Vance, US Counterterrorism Director Joe Kent, and Rep. Thomas Massie as ‘foreign propagandists of the Russian Federation.’ To this day, the online blacklist published by the USAID-funded Ukrainian group, known as Molfar, lists Vance, Massie, and Kent as ‘foreign propagandists’ aligned with the Russian government, and demands their ‘removal from public positions, the introduction of sanctions, and investigations into personal involvement in crimes.’”
🚨Update: US Agency for International Development (USAID) has been implicated in funding a Ukrainian organization, Molfar, which labeled Vice President J.D. Vance and other US officials and public figures as “foreign propagandists” aligned with Russia, according to an… pic.twitter.com/IrQhCjVzOw

USAID’s true colors
So USAID is funding a Ukrainian group calling for the removal of American officials.
When people think USAID, they need to think of operations such as this, not feeding starving kids in Africa.
The Grayzone added that “Molfar’s website condemns Vance for having ‘compared Ukrainian democracy to Afghanistan’ and stating that he ‘remains opposed to continuing to finance this war.’ Perhaps worst of all, in the eyes of the Ukrainian information warriors, was his stance on Ukraine’s NATO aspirations: ‘He declared that Ukraine should not join NATO, because it would supposedly mean “inviting the American nation to go to war.”
The USAID funding was spent on training Ukrainians in “PSYOPS” and other tactics of information warfare.
The Grayzone also reported that “Molfar, a Ukrainian term for a sorcerer or wizard, describes itself as an open-source intelligence agency which ‘collects lists of Ukrainian enemies to bring war criminals to justice.’ Its website previously named both USAID and the US Civil Research and Development Fund (CRDF) as ‘partners.’ The legality of US agencies sponsoring foreign groups to smear Americans and meddle in American politics is questionable at best.”
According to The Grayzone, a report from Ukraine’s National Coordination Cybersecurity Center (NCSCC)—a report which bore the USAID logo—proclaimed, “The NCSCC, with the support of the U.S. Civil Research and Development Fund (CRDF Global) and the U.S. Department of State, held the 3-day online training ‘OSINT – intelligence using open sources’…Together with leading practical researchers of the Ukrainian company Molfar. . .[over 2,000 public workers] did practical assignments on the following topics: open-source searches, contact search, using Telegram bots, PSYOP and their use as a method of information warfare, image analysis, and human intelligence (HUMINT) or social engineering.”
So U.S. taxpayer dollars are being spent to smear American citizens, including elected officials.
This is precisely why Permanent Washington freaked out when Trump and Elon Musk’s DOGE team began focusing on USAID.
VoxUkraine, a separate group funded by USAID and the National Endowment for Democracy (NED)—a CIA cutout—put out a chart smearing public figures in the West as Russian propagandists.
Glenn responds, and he thinks that VoxUkraine is the Ukrainian government itself.
Also the Russian propagandists list should also include people like Oliver Stone, Roger Waters, Sameera Khan, Fiorella Isabel, and Medea Benjamin. pic.twitter.com/3QT62q6L4F

This is what the Trump administration is up against.
The Washington, D.C. Swamp is using taxpayer dollars to silence and smear in order to achieve their own personal interests.
