Soros-owned radio station tips off illegal aliens over ICE raid
“Border Czar” Tom Homan is leading the Trump administration’s plan for the mass deportation of illegal aliens.
Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents are making sweeps nationwide to arrest illegal aliens who’ve committed crimes in the United States or are a national security threat.
San Francisco radio station KCBS 740 AM is accused of tipping off illegal aliens that an ICE raid was going to happen and broadcasting the location of federal law enforcement.
The station is owned by globalist billionaire George Soros.
Federal Communication Commission (FCC) chairman Brendan Carr called it “really concerning” that the Soros-owned radio station was helping illegal aliens during an appearance on Fox & Friends.
“I try to look on the bright side of things, and here I think that’s the fact, that we were having an unprecedented number of deportations taking place in this country, and for that, thank goodness for President Trump,” Carr stated. “Promises made, promises kept. He came in and said he’s the person that can not only secure the border, but also deport people here illegally, and he’s carrying that out with unprecedented speed.”
Soros-owned radio station is under federal investigation
Carr said that the radio station ratted out ICE agents who were in a gang-infested neighborhood of San Jose.
“This is really concerning, so what happened was you had ICE agents undercover doing operations in East San Jose, part of the town known for violent gang activity, and you had this radio station broadcasting the live location, identifying the unmarked vehicles that they were in,” Carr explained.
The FCC, which grants radio stations their licenses to operate on public airwaves, announced an investigation.
“We have sent a letter of inquiry, a formal investigation into that matter, and they have days left to respond to that inquiry and explain how this could possibly be consistent with their public interest obligations,” Carr stated.
The FCC Enforcement Bureau is investigating whether the radio station violated its broadcast license that mandates it operate in the “public interest.”
KCBS 740 AM is one of 200 radio stations that the Soros Management Fund acquired last year when it acquired the bankrupt Audacy radio network – the second largest network in the country behind iHeartRadio.
The Biden administration rushed through the sale in violation of the FCC’s foreign ownership rules.
A host on KCBS’ weekend show identified the make and model of undercover vehicles being used in the ICE raid and the locations in San Jose where agents had been spotted.
“The Santa Clara County Rapid Response Network, which is a community defense projecting system for immigrant communities against deportation threats, first reported the activity on its platforms,” the host said.
Democrats are going to use anything in their toolbox to shield illegal aliens from being deported.
