Migrant caravans are forming to take advantage of Joe Biden’s Presidency
The clock is ticking on President Joe Biden’s time in office.
Illegal immigrants know that they have a limited time until President-elect Donald Trump is inaugurated in January.
A new migrant caravan formed in Southern Mexico that was headed straight for the southern border trying to beat the clock.
They know that Trump has vowed to begin securing the border after he takes the Oath of Office on January 20.
“It is going to be more difficult, that’s why we are going in hopes of getting an appointment quicker so we are able to cross before he (Trump) takes office,” Yotzeli Pena, a Venezuelan, said. “That would be easier.”
The large caravans formed during Trump’s first term because it’s harder for the Mexican authorities to deal with a large group of people.
More caravans could form in the coming weeks as migrants realize this could be their last chance to take advantage of Biden’s open border.
Donald Trump needs to make one phone call
Fox News host Laura Ingraham asked Trump’s new “Border Czar” Tom Homan what should be done about migrant caravans in the final weeks of the Biden-Harris administration.
“I think President Trump needs to make a phone call down there to tell them they’re going to stop that caravan or they’re going to have consequences like he did before,” Homan said.
Trump has threatened to slap tariffs on Mexican products imported to the United States if the country’s new President Claudia Sheinbaum, a far-left socialist, didn’t cooperate on stemming the flow of illegal immigration.
His diplomatic efforts could be getting started early if he takes Homan’s advice.
The “Border Czar” had a stern warning for migrants thinking about taking advantage of the end of the Biden-Harris administration.
“And to the [migrants] — if you want to spend every bit of your money, if you want to sell your house and your savings and give it to the criminal cartels to come to America, understand this: You are not going to be staying,” Homan declared. “You’re going to be leaving. We’re going to make sure of that.”
Homan is running the Trump administration’s planned mass deportation effort.
“Look, I talked about prioritization of public safety threats and national security threats,” Homan continued. “But if you’re in the country illegally, you’re not off the table. We’re just going to prioritize the smart way…but if you’re in the country illegally, you’ve got a problem. You enter the country illegally, which is a crime, then you’re going to be held accountable.”
The border is going to be wide open until Trump is inaugurated which creates a dangerous situation where illegal aliens realize they only have so much time left to make it into the United States.
