Donald Trump is returning to Washington, D.C. with a mandate from voters.
He’s got a limited amount of time to tackle the country’s biggest problems.
And Donald Trump has one plan to wage war against this shadowy plot to silence conservatives.
The Trump agenda to dismantle the censorship industrial complex
Former President Donald Trump has to make his time count after he’s inaugurated in January because he only has four years left in office because of term limits.
His 2020 re-election was dealt a devastating blow when Big Tech censorship shut the bombshell story from the New York Post on Hunter Biden’s laptop on social media.
Trump received the boot from every major social media platform after the events of January 6.
He built up his Truth Social platform as a free speech alternative to Big Tech while he was suspended from major social media platforms.
Tesla CEO Elon Musk established a beachhead for free speech with Big Tech platforms when he bought Twitter now X.
But the rest of Big Tech remains hostile to conservative speech and could ramp up their censorship during Trump’s second term.
The President-elect is returning to Washington, D.C. with plenty on his to-do list.
The very top of that list should sit protecting free speech and dismantling the “censorship cartel” made up of the Deep State, Big Tech, left-wing activists, and corporate media.
In 2022, Trump laid out his five-part plan as one of the first announcements for his 2024 campaign and the video below of the epic speech is going viral again.
“If we don’t have FREE SPEECH, then we just don’t have a FREE COUNTRY. It’s as simple as that. If this most fundamental right is allowed to perish, then the rest of our rights and liberties will topple just like dominos one by one. They’ll go down,” Trump declared.
Trump vowed to issue an executive order upon returning to office that would ban federal agencies or departments from working with any organization, person, or business to silence the lawful speech of Americans.
Biden-Harris administration officials worked with Big Tech companies to illegally censor Americans.
No federal money would be used to declare Americans’ speech as “dis” or “mis” information.
Second, Trump would use the Justice Department to investigate companies engaged in online censorship for possible violations of federal law including anti-trust, election, and civil rights law.
Holy sh*t. I might actually be able to tell the truth on YouTube again. This will send shockwaves through all of big tech and the intelligence agencies pic.twitter.com/DEhgMgpxZx

A new online bill of rights
Trump’s third plank on his free speech policy initiative is reforming Section 230 protections to keep platforms from being sued for the content that users post on them.
Big Tech companies that don’t provide adequate protections for neutrality, fairness, and transparency would lose their 230 protections.
This would pressure social media platforms to treat users fairly.
Fourth would be to cut off nonprofits and universities from federal tax dollars for “mis” and “dis” information.
“We should also enact new laws laying out clear criminal penalties for federal bureaucrats who partner with private entities to do an end-run around the Constitution and deprive Americans of their First, Fourth, and Fifth Amendment rights,” Trump’s Agenda 47 states.
Finally, Trump asked Congress to pass a digital bill of rights that would require a court order for the federal government to take down online content.
“Furthermore, when users of big online platforms have their content or accounts removed, throttled, shadow-banned, or otherwise restricted no matter what name they use, they should have the right to be informed that it’s happening, the right to a specific explanation of the reason why, and the right to a timely appeal,” Trump’s Agenda 47 explains.
Donald Trump has a list of actionable proposals he can take to begin to tip the scales away from the censorship industrial complex in office.
