Ed Martin, Trump’s Acting US Attorney for Washington, D.C., just delivered a devastating blow to the prosecutors who spent years persecuting Trump supporters.
In a jaw-dropping move that has the Swamp in full panic, Martin humiliated numerous Biden DOJ prosecutors by banishing them from handling petty theft and public intoxication cases in DC’s misdemeanor courts.
Politico revealed that “Those demoted include John Crabb and Elizabeth Aloi, who prosecuted contempt of Congress cases that sent Steve Bannon and Peter Navarro to jail for four months apiece. They include Jason McCullough, who helped lead the team that sent top Proud Boys leaders Enrique Tarrio, Joe Biggs and Ethan Nordean to prison for their role in orchestrating the breach of the Capitol. And they include Kathryn Rakoczy, who was a lead prosecutor in the Jan. 6 cases of Oath Keepers founder Stewart Rhodes and more than a dozen of his allies, for their involvement in the attack on the Capitol.”
These legal attack dogs spent years destroying lives over a protest while turning a blind eye to leftist violence across America.

Chuck Schumer caught red-handed in bombshell investigation
Martin isn’t just cleaning house – he’s turning over every rock in the DC swamp.
In February, he launched a bombshell investigation that revealed none other than Chuck Schumer as the target in a case involving threats against DOGE workers.
The Senate Democrat leader was reportedly stunned when Martin’s probe connected the dots.
But Martin was just getting started. He launched a full-scale inquiry into former US Attorney Matthew Graves’ outrageous prosecutions of more than 1,500 January 6 protesters, zeroing in on Graves’ abuse of the 1512(c)(2) obstruction charge – a legal weapon used to secure excessive prison sentences for Trump supporters.
For years, the Biden DOJ twisted this statute beyond recognition to lock up grandmothers who walked through open doors at the Capitol while ignoring similar actions from left-wing protesters.
Desperate Deep State makes last stand against Martin
The Swamp is fighting for its life. Five January 6 prosecutors – facing career oblivion after Martin’s housecleaning – have launched a desperate counterattack by running to a disciplinary board.
CNN reported that these former prosecutors claimed Martin “violated several professional rules” and “demonstrated a fundamental misunderstanding of the role of a federal prosecutor.”
“He has used his brief time in office to demonstrate a fundamental misunderstanding of the role of a federal prosecutor, announcing investigations against his political opponents, aiding defendants he previously represented, and communicating improperly with those he did not,” the group whined, according to CNN.
The prosecutors added, “These actions are not worthy of the Department of Justice, undermine the Constitutional guarantee of equal protection of law, and violate Mr. Martin’s professional obligations.”
This pathetic attack follows California Democrat Senator Adam Schiff’s announcement that he’s placing a hold on Martin’s nomination for the permanent position.
Schiff, who led multiple failed impeachment hoaxes against President Trump, is absolutely terrified of Martin’s effectiveness and claimed he has “abused the power of the US Attorney’s office in DC” and used his position as a “cudgel to chill dissent.”
In a statement dripping with desperation, Schiff vowed to use his power as a U.S. Senator to “block attempts to jam through his appointment at every stage.”
Democrats spent years weaponizing the Justice Department against their political enemies while claiming it should be “independent.” Now that President Trump has nominated someone who’s actually enforcing equal justice, they’re absolutely melting down.
