Democrats in Congress are powerless to stop Donald Trump’s agenda.

Their frustration is reaching a breaking point.

And a judge just heard an infuriating request about arresting Donald Trump for this sick reason.

House Democrat asks about having the U.S. Marshals arrest Donald Trump

President Donald Trump is undertaking the most ambitious attempt to remake the federal bureaucracy in Washington, D.C. in decades.

The Trump administration with the help of SpaceX CEO Elon Musk and his team at the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) is trying to root out waste, fraud, and abuse in the federal government.

Federal employees are being laid and fired as part of this attempt to trim the fat.

DOGE exposing woke spending at the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) led Trump to shut the agency down.

The fast and furious pace of Trump’s actions caught Democrats off guard.

Government employee unions and Democrat attorneys general have filed dozens of lawsuits against the Trump administration.

They’ve had success at the lower court level because they’ve shopped around for activist judges who would rule in their favor.

Trump said he would respect the lower court rulings while he appealed them.

Representative Hank Johnson (D-GA) asked a federal judge about having the U.S. Marshals Service arrest Trump for “contempt” during a House Judiciary Committee hearing.

10th Circuit Court of Appeals Judge Timothy Tymkovich testified about a shortage of federal judges before the committee.

Johnson hijacked the hearing to talk about having Trump arrested.

“If a President willfully failed or refused to comply with a court ruling, they could be held in contempt of court theoretically, but it would be up to the U.S. Marshals Service, which is a part of the Justice Department, to be the enforcement arm for the federal courts. Is that correct?” Johnson asked.

“Your hypothetical would have to play itself out,” Tymkovich replied.

Johnson and Democrats weren’t interested in having the Marshals Service arrest former President Joe Biden after he bragged about defying a Supreme Court ruling to illegally cancel student loan debt.

House Democrat embarrasses himself with anti-Trump tirade

An alleged constitutional crisis has become the latest talking point that Democrats are using to fearmonger about Trump.

Johnson kept pressing the judge about his hypothetical situation to push the bogus constitutional crisis narrative.

“It would be the U.S. Marshals, who fall under the Department of Justice, who would have to carry out the contempt order,” Johnson ranted. “And so what would happen if the U.S. Marshals Service, under the command of the Justice Department, at the direction of the president, refused to carry out a court order of contempt? What — what would then be the state of our democracy?”

The judge politely reminded Johnson he wasn’t at the hearing to engage in a hypothetical exercise.

“Again, I’m here on behalf of the judicial conference to talk about the shortage of judges that we have, and I would comment on those needs in particular,” Tymkovich replied.

The 70-year-old Johnson asked in 2012 if the Pacific island of Guam would tip over and capsize if it had too many people on it.

Democrats are left to stew about Donald Trump while they sit in the House minority.
