Entertainment celebrities are lining up behind Kamala Harris.

They are trying to sell her as the candidate of “joy.”

But a comic legend blindsided Kamala Harris with this terrifying warning.

Joe Rogan said Kamala Harris is bad for free speech

Kamala Harris has been trying to run a campaign on nothing but platitudes and “vibes.”

She has been able to get away with it because the Democrat-controlled media are on her side.

But independent media voices are spreading a different message.

Comedian and number one podcast host Joe Rogan has become a thorn in the side for the establishment.

He gets millions of eyeballs, and he does not toe the line.

During a recent podcast episode with former Navy SEAL Shawn Ryan, Rogan said that he’s concerned about the future of free speech if Harris gets elected.

Rogan said, “I don’t think it turns around if Kamala Harris gets into office. I think they clamp down more. I think the same stuff that they were trying to do with Twitter, they’ll try to do with something else, with other things.”

The establishment loved Twitter when it was controlled by Jack Dorsey and the old regime.

But as soon as Elon Musk bought the platform, it instantly became “problematic.”

Rogan continued, “They’ve already openly discussed it. You know, she’s openly discussed that the same rules have to apply to Facebook, they have to apply to Twitter, and that Elon Musk could lose his privileges. And like, there’s so many wild things that they’re saying.”

So-called disinformation and misinformation have become the establishment’s favorite justifications for censorship.

Rogan explained, “Tim Walz said that the First Amendment doesn’t apply to misinformation or hate speech. Okay, well, it certainly does. It does. You know, sometimes people say things wrong, and the goal of the First Amendment is, you say something wrong and then this guy who’s an expert, says the right thing, you know? And then you correct them.”

The justification for censorship

The Left tried to use claims of hate speech as a pretext for censorship, but that largely fell out of favor.

Now they have settled on disinformation.

But “disinformation” is almost as subjective as “hate speech.”

Ryan stated, “I mean, the misinformation is all opinion, right?”

Rogan replied, “Well, so much of it turns out to be true. How about masks don’t work? You would get screamed at for ‘masks don’t work.’ Well, guess what? They don’t f***ing work. They don’t work.”

As Rogan pointed out, some of the biggest purveyors of disinformation and misinformation are legacy institutions that have been completely captured.

Dr. Anthony Fauci, former head of the NIAID and informal COVID czar, routinely reversed his positions on the coronavirus.

He initially said it would be analogous to a flu season, then said comparing COVID to the flu was dangerous.

Fauci said masks didn’t work, then said people may need to wear two and three masks.

Esteemed epidemiologists with differing opinions were shut down on social media.

That’s what the elites want, and that’s what Joe Rogan is warning against.
