The Democrats continue to trot out the Clintons before the American people as if they’re beloved statesmen.

Now they may finally be forced to rethink their stances on the scandal-plagued former President and his two-time White House loser wife.

And a blast from Bill Clinton’s past just threw him under the bus with one shocking statement.

Monica Lewinsky speaks

The Democrat Media Complex has been running interference for the Clintons for years.

Bill Clinton especially has gotten a free pass for his sexual indiscretions, including credible accusations of rape.

Monica Lewinsky has rarely commented on the entire scandal, but she recently said that Clinton should have resigned.

Lewinsky told an interviewer, “I think that the right way to handle a situation like that would’ve been to probably say it was, you know, nobody’s business and to resign, you know? Or to find a way. . .of staying in office that was not lying and not throwing a young person who is just starting out in the world under the bus.”

Before Lewinsky emerged with the semen-stained dress, the Clintons were planning to portray her as a crazed stalker.

They were prepared to go far beyond throwing her under the bus.

Lewinsky added, “At the same time I hear myself say that and it’s like, ‘Okay, but we’re also talking about the most powerful office in the world’. . .I don’t want to be naive, either.”

Clinton knew he was untouchable

Clinton was impeached by the House, but acquitted in the Senate.

Resignation never crossed his mind.

In 2018, he confessed, “Well, I knew it wouldn’t succeed. . .It wasn’t a pleasant experience. But it was a fight that I was glad to undertake after the elections, when the people had solidly told, by two-thirds or more, the Republicans to stop it. They knew there was nothing impeachable. And so, we fought it to the end. And I’m glad.”

Clinton knew he had the media and left-wing celebrities lined up behind him.

For example, famed Colombian author Gabriel García Márquez who won the 1982 Nobel Prize in Literature for One Hundred Years in Solitude, commented at the height of the Lewinsky scandal, “The President only wanted to do something that ordinary men have done behind the backs of their wives since the beginning of the world. . .It is one thing to lie in order to deceive, and something altogether different to hide the truth in order to preserve this mythic instance of the human being that is one’s private life.”

Feminist journalist Nina Burleigh said that it was “not unusual for women” to swoon over Clinton.

She also famously commented, “I’d be happy to give him [oral sex] just to thank him for keeping abortion legal.”

Burleigh essentially confirmed what Donald Trump said in his infamous Access Hollywood interview.

Nearly 30 years later, it seems like people can finally start telling the truth about the Clintons.

But knowing the Democrats, they will bring them out again for the 2026 midterms and the 2028 Presidential election as if they’re beloved statesmen.
