Jeanine Pirro just started her new job as interim U.S. attorney for Washington, D.C.
She’s already uncovering wasteful spending that will blow your mind.
And Jeanine Pirro exposed one ridiculous government scheme that will make you furious.
Judge Jeanine discovers the water racket
President Donald Trump appointed former Fox News host Jeanine Pirro as the interim U.S. attorney for Washington, D.C., last week.
Trump praised her qualifications in a social media post, calling her “incredibly well qualified for this position” and “considered one of the Top District Attorneys in the History of the State of New York.”
But Pirro got a rude awakening about how the federal government operates when she showed up for work.
She posted a video on social media standing next to a water cooler in the U.S. Attorney’s Office that perfectly captures everything wrong with government waste.
“Hi everyone, it’s Judge Jeanine. I’m at the water cooler in the United States Attorney’s Office in Washington, D.C.,” Pirro said in the video.
The kicker came when she explained how federal employees have to get water at their own workplace.
Pirro revealed that government prosecutors and staff must join a water club and pay monthly fees just to get drinking water at work.
That’s right – government employees who prosecute criminals on behalf of victims have to pay out of their own pockets for basic drinking water at work.
The government has money for everything except Americans
Pirro perfectly highlighted the backwards priorities of the federal government.
While American taxpayers foot the bill for billions in foreign aid, federal employees can’t even get free water at their jobs.
Pirro referenced how the United States spends massive amounts through USAID on questionable overseas projects while forcing American workers to pay for basic necessities.
But here’s the insult to injury – on the day Pirro made her video, there wasn’t even any water available for those who did pay.
“Today, they asked for our patience. Why? Because we couldn’t get water delivered today,” Pirro explained, pointing to signs posted on the office wall.
She noted that employees pay seven dollars monthly for this so-called water service, yet delivery wasn’t even reliable.
The monthly fee amounts to $84 per year that federal employees have to shell out just to stay hydrated while doing their jobs.

Social media erupts over the water scandal
Pirro’s video struck a nerve with Americans who are fed up with government waste and misplaced priorities.
Social media users responded with outrage about the absurd situation.
The responses kept pouring in from taxpayers frustrated with government priorities.
“Wow!!! Unbelievable that we have money to send to Ukraine but you have to pay to drink clean water,” one X account replied.

“Put a Ukraine flag outside of your door,” another suggested, adding “they’ll bring a truckload.”

“They seriously unionized water…….,” another commented.

Another shared that similar ridiculous policies exist at other government agencies, including the Department of Veterans Affairs.
“That’s the way it was at the VA too. I brought my own water in a large container that kept it cold all day. They did eventually hook up a filtered water cooler that worked out well,” the user wrote.

This is exactly why Americans voted for Trump
Pirro’s water cooler revelation is a perfect example of why Americans elected Donald Trump to drain the swamp.
While the government sends billions overseas for dubious projects, federal employees can’t even get basic amenities without paying extra fees.
Pirro captioned her video: “The federal government has money for everyone but us.”
This backwards approach to spending taxpayer money is exactly what needs to change.
Americans work hard and pay their taxes, expecting the government to operate efficiently and put America first.
Instead, they discover that federal employees have to join a water club just to stay hydrated while doing their jobs.
Pirro, who served as assistant district attorney and district attorney in New York’s Westchester County, was the first woman to serve as a judge in Westchester County Court.
She joined Fox News in 2006 and became a household name for her no-nonsense approach to covering the news on shows including “Justice with Judge Jeanine” and “The Five.”
Now she’s bringing that same energy to her new role as interim U.S. attorney.
“Now, ain’t it grand to be a part of the government, and I’m just thrilled to be here,” Pirro said with obvious sarcasm at the end of her video.
If this is what Pirro discovered on her first day, imagine what other wasteful practices she’ll uncover as she settles into the job.
The Trump administration has its work cut out for it when it comes to fixing the broken priorities of the federal government.
But having someone like Judge Jeanine on the inside to expose these problems is exactly what’s needed to start making real changes.
