A whistleblower drops a nuclear bomb on Biden’s inner circle

The incoming DOJ pardon attorney and director of Trump’s Weaponization Working Group has been quietly building a case that could shake Washington to its core.
What started as an investigation into Biden’s suspicious “autopen” pardons has exploded into something much bigger.
Martin revealed this week that a high-level Democrat whistleblower walked into his office with explosive allegations about who really controlled Joe Biden’s presidency.
“I had a whistleblower in my office 10 days ago — senior, senior Democrat — saying, ‘Look, it was these three people that controlled access, and they were making money off of it,'” Martin told journalist Mark Halperin on the “2WAY Tonight” show.
The whistleblower wasn’t some low-level staffer.
Martin confirmed this person was involved with the 2020 Biden campaign “at the highest levels.”
And the allegations they brought forward are staggering.
The gatekeepers who allegedly stole the presidency
Martin didn’t hold back when naming the three individuals who allegedly controlled access to Biden’s autopen.
The so-called “gatekeepers” were Ron Klain, Biden’s White House chief of staff who returned for debate prep; Anita Dunn, the Mao-loving senior adviser; and Robert Bauer, Barack Obama’s former personal attorney.
Martin also threw in two additional names: Steve Ricchetti, former counselor to Biden, and “obviously Jill Biden.”
These five people allegedly had their hands on the levers of power while Joe Biden was mentally incapacitated.
But it gets worse.
According to the whistleblower, these gatekeepers weren’t just covering for Biden’s condition.
They were allegedly profiting from their control over the autopen.
The investigation has already sent shockwaves through Democrat circles.
Martin confirmed he’s reached out to Biden family members and that some persons of interest have already “lawyered up.”
Trump calls it treason at the highest level
President Trump didn’t mince words when he learned about the scope of this scandal.
In a blistering Truth Social post, Trump declared that those who exploited Biden’s cognitive decline were guilty of “TREASON at the Highest Level.”
“Joe Biden was not for Open Borders, he never talked about Open Borders, where criminals of all kinds, shapes, and sizes, can flow into our Country at will,” Trump wrote.
“It wasn’t his idea to Open the Border, and almost destroy our Country, and cost us Hundreds of Billions of Dollars to get criminals out of our Country, and go through the process we are going through now.”
“It was the people that knew he was cognitively impaired, and that took over the Autopen.”
Trump’s assessment is devastating.
“They stole the Presidency of the United States, and put us in Great Danger.”
The President demanded accountability for what he called “Treasonous Thugs that wanted to destroy our Country.”
The autopen smoking gun
The evidence is already mounting.
The Oversight Project discovered that Biden’s January 19, 2025 pardons for family members, Anthony Fauci, General Mark Milley, and January 6 Committee members all carried identical autopen signatures.
These weren’t just any pardons.
They were sweeping, preemptive pardons designed to shield Biden’s allies from future prosecution.
House Oversight Chairman James Comer called it “the biggest scandal in American history.”
“We don’t believe Joe Biden knew what was going on,” Comer told Newsmax.
“We’re going to try to get to the bottom of this because this is the biggest scandal in American history.”
Comer plans to subpoena former Biden aides Annie Tomasini, Anthony Bernal, and Ashley Williams, who allegedly “ran interference” for the president.
The investigation expands beyond pardons
This scandal goes far beyond the pardons that grabbed headlines.
Martin’s investigation has been underway for weeks, dating back to his time as interim U.S. Attorney for the District of Columbia.
The scope includes not just pardons, but executive orders and legislation that may have been signed without Biden’s knowledge or consent.
Trump highlighted this chilling reality during a Capitol Hill visit.
“Who signed legislation opening our border? I don’t think he knew,” Trump told reporters.
“And now I find out that it wasn’t him. He autopenned it.”
“Who was operating the autopen? This is a very serious thing. We had a president that didn’t sign anything and he autopenned almost everything.”
Democrats can’t escape the reckoning
The Biden White House always dismissed questions about the president’s mental fitness as partisan attacks.
Now they’re facing a criminal investigation led by someone who knows where to look.
Martin has the authority as both pardon attorney and weaponization czar to follow this scandal wherever it leads.
The fact that people are already lawyering up suggests they know what’s coming.
Former Democratic strategist Lindy Li previously identified Hunter Biden as another potential power broker in the shadow presidency.
Li told the Shawn Ryan Show that after Biden’s disastrous debate performance, Hunter Biden, Jill Biden, and other unelected advisers were “effectively serving as a combined shadow president.”
The American people elected Joe Biden, not a committee of unelected operatives.
If these allegations prove true, it represents the most serious breach of presidential power in modern history.
Martin put it simply: “We have to get to the bottom of it for the American people and to protect the process.”
The investigation is just getting started, but the bombshells are already falling.
Democrats spent four years calling Trump a threat to democracy while they were allegedly running a shadow presidency.
