Tulsi Gabbard dropped a bombshell on Fox News that shocked viewers nationwide.
The Biden-Harris administration’s darkest tactics against political opponents just got exposed.
And Laura Ingraham was stunned when Tulsi Gabbard revealed this ugly Biden-Harris surveillance secret.
Director of National Intelligence exposes surveillance against her
Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard confirmed a shocking revelation during an appearance on Fox News’ The Ingraham Angle Tuesday night when she told host Laura Ingraham that the Biden-Harris administration had indeed placed her under federal surveillance after she criticized Kamala Harris during an earlier interview on Ingraham’s show in July 2024.
“I think they were trying to intimidate me, but also, they were trying to really create this chilling effect, probably knowing that I wouldn’t stay silent about it and send a message out to people that if you go and criticize then-Vice President Kamala Harris, who is now going to be the Democratic nominee for president, you too, would face the consequences,” Gabbard told Fox News host Laura Ingraham at the time.
The surveillance bombshell came to light during a Senate Homeland Security Committee hearing this week in which Senator Rand Paul (R-KY) revealed he had obtained Department of Homeland Security (DHS) records confirming that Gabbard had been placed on the Transportation Security Administration’s “Quiet Skies” watchlist.
According to Sen. Paul, federal air marshals were assigned to monitor Gabbard on domestic flights, reporting details about her appearance and even tracking how many electronic devices she used.
The timing tells the whole story
The timing of Gabbard’s placement on the watchlist raises serious questions about political weaponization of federal agencies.
Gabbard believes she was targeted shortly after a July 22 interview on Fox News where she criticized then-Vice President Kamala Harris’ leadership capabilities.
That interview aired just after President Joe Biden dropped out of the 2024 presidential race and endorsed Harris as the Democrat nominee.
The former Democrat and Congresswoman from Hawaii, who now serves in President Trump’s cabinet, has been outspoken in her criticism of the Biden-Harris administration and the Democrat establishment.
“This ‘Quiet Skies’ program that the TSA, under the Department of Homeland Security, has tasked to federal air marshals to execute — not a single terrorist has been caught. Not a single one, for as long as this program has existed,” Gabbard stated on Fox News.
Instead of catching terrorists, Gabbard explained that “every single day, 40 or 50 federal air marshals are tasked with surveilling everyday Americans for no purpose.”
How the “Quiet Skies” program works
The TSA’s “Quiet Skies” program was established in 2010 to identify passengers for enhanced screening on some domestic and outbound international flights.
DHS stated in an April 2019 report that individuals are flagged for enhanced screening based on aggregated travel data, intelligence, trend analysis, and suspicious activity.
CNN reported in November that Gabbard was briefly placed on the list before being removed. When questioned about the program, TSA claimed that it is not a terrorist watchlist but rather “a risk-based, automated approach to transportation security.”
Critics have long questioned the program’s effectiveness and raised concerns about civil liberties violations and lack of transparency.
When Ingraham asked whether the program should continue to exist, Gabbard’s answer was a resolute “No.”
The Biden-Harris administration’s pattern of targeting political opponents
This revelation adds to growing concerns about how the previous administration used federal agencies to target political opponents and critics.
The surveillance of Gabbard appears to be part of a troubling pattern where government resources were deployed against Americans who spoke out against the administration or its policies.
As Trump’s Director of National Intelligence, Gabbard is now in a position to reform intelligence practices and ensure that federal surveillance powers are not abused for political purposes.
“They were trying to intimidate me and create a chilling effect,” Gabbard summarized, highlighting the dangerous precedent such actions set for free speech and political discourse in America.
The question remains: How many other Americans were placed under surveillance for criticizing the Biden-Harris administration, and will those responsible be held accountable?
