Former Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s Capitol Police force has been caught red-handed.

They’ve been exposed for violating a Republican Congressman’s constitutional rights.

And Trey Gowdy will lose it when he hears about this Texas Congressman’s $2.5 million J6 lawsuit against Capitol Police.

Capitol Police caught photographing Republican Congressman’s private documents

Congressman Troy Nehls (R-TX) just dropped a bombshell lawsuit that has Washington, D.C. insiders talking.

The Texas conservative has filed a massive $2.5 million lawsuit against the federal government after Capitol Police officers entered his office without permission and photographed confidential legislative documents.

The lawsuit, filed in federal court in Texas, details how Capitol Police officers entered Nehls’ congressional office in November 2021 and took photographs of whiteboards displaying legislative notes and strategy.

This unprecedented invasion happened shortly after Nehls publicly criticized the Capitol Police’s handling of the January 6 protests – a timeline that raises serious questions about retaliation against the outspoken conservative.

“If a Member’s office is left open and unsecured, without anyone inside the office, USCP officers are directed to document that and secure the office to ensure nobody can wander in and steal or do anything else nefarious,” claimed Capitol Police Chief Thomas Manger in 2022 when Nehls first raised his allegations.

But Nehls isn’t buying that explanation. The lawsuit explicitly accuses the Capitol Police of violating his First and Fourth Amendment rights, as well as the Constitution’s “Speech or Debate” clause, which protects lawmakers from being questioned by authorities outside the legislative branch.

Deep State caught red-handed targeting Trump allies

This explosive lawsuit reveals how the Deep State bureaucracy targets conservatives who speak out against the establishment narrative.

Nehls has been one of the most vocal critics of the official January 6 narrative pushed by Nancy Pelosi and her allies. It’s no coincidence that shortly after speaking out, his office was mysteriously “searched” by Capitol Police.

Congressman Nehls believes the intrusion into his office wasn’t about security at all – it was about intimidation and spying on his legislative work.

The lawsuit comes after an inspector general investigated Nehls’ claims in 2022 and ultimately recommended the Capitol Police update its procedures for handling open doors in congressional offices.

The inspector general’s recommendation speaks volumes. It called for a policy that “strikes the proper balance of protecting congressional representatives and their staff from physical outside threats while simultaneously protecting their legislative proposals and work product from possibly inappropriate photography, scrutiny, and questioning by USCP employees.”

In other words, the inspector general acknowledged that Capitol Police had no business taking photos of a congressman’s private legislative materials.

The truth about the weaponization of federal agencies

Nehls’ lawsuit is just the latest example of how federal law enforcement agencies have been weaponized against conservatives under Democrat leadership.

The pattern is clear: If you speak out against the establishment narrative, you become a target.

Conservatives have witnessed this playbook repeatedly since January 6, 2021. Those who questioned the official narrative found themselves on the receiving end of intimidation tactics by the FBI, DOJ, and now the Capitol Police.

Rep. Nehls is one of the few brave enough to fight back against this corrupt system.

His lawsuit not only seeks $2.5 million in damages but also aims to expose the truth about how federal agencies are being used to target political opponents of the Democrat establishment.

Whether Nehls will prevail in court remains to be seen, but his courage in standing up to the deep state bureaucracy has already earned him respect among conservatives nationwide.

The Capitol Police have remained tight-lipped about the lawsuit, refusing to comment on Nehls’ allegations. Their silence speaks volumes about the validity of his claims.
