Democrats unleashed unprecedented lawfare against Donald Trump.
But now it’s backfiring.
And Nancy Pelosi is sweating bullets after a rogue prosecutor got tangled up in one legal battle.
Fani Willis colluded with J6 committee
Democrats clearly used lawfare in an attempt to stop Donald Trump from reclaiming the White House.
That was the point of Special Counsel Jack Smith’s cases as well as the New York cases against Trump.
The same goes for Fulton County, Georgia District Attorney Fani Willis, who filed outrageous RICO charges against Trump and his associates.
Worse yet, Willis and Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg were likely colluding with the federal government to get Trump.
Matt Colangelo, the number three man inside the Department of Justice, inexplicably demoted himself to being a member of Bragg’s prosecutorial team against Trump in the falsification of business records witch hunt.
As for Willis, she had communications with the January 6 House Select Committee spearheaded by Congresswoman Nancy Pelosi (D-CA).
Legal watchdog group Judicial Watch is suing Willis in order to turn over her communications with the J6 committee, and the case is going back to trial.
Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton explained, “Judicial Watch attorneys were back in Fulton County last week arguing against Fani Willis’ lawyers for access to information about her collusion with the Pelosi January 6 operation. Remember, she first denied in our lawsuit having any records. In fact, she never showed up in court to answer our lawsuit. That’s why she was ordered to pay $22,000 in attorney’s fees and costs to Judicial Watch recently.”
Willis’ legal troubles keep getting worse.
Her RICO case against Trump blew up when she was caught having an inappropriate relationship with a subordinate on her team.
Judge looking at J6 communications
Fitton continued, “Last week, after arguing they had no records and then later arguing they had some records, they confirmed they had 212 pages of records showing what looks to be collusion with the January 6 committee. Of course, they don’t want to give any of those records to the American people. The court ordered her—her office to turn the records over to him so he could make sure they’re being withheld lawfully.”
The communications likely show that the federal government was working closely on the prosecution of Trump and his legal associates.
Fitton added, “But in the end, they were caught red-handed providing false information about their collusion with the January 6 committee to get Trump. They were forced to pay us money, and on top of that, they don’t want to turn over the underlying documents. So this scandal continues, and Judicial Watch’s heavy lifting will continue in court, though, to try to get the full truth about this awful abuse targeting President Trump.”
Democrats and their media allies claimed that all of the cases against Trump were legitimate.
This dispels those laws.
Judicial Watch explained in a press release: “A hearing was recently held in the Fani Willis documents scandal regarding her search for records of communications with Special Counsel Jack Smith and the House January 6 Committee. Thanks to this lawsuit Willis finally admitted to having records showing communications with the January 6 Committee but refused to release all but one document in response to the court order that found her in default. She cited a series of legal exemptions to justify the withholding of communications with the January 6 Committee. The only document she did release is one already public letter to January 6 Committee Chairman Benny Thompson (D-MS).”
Democrats’ plans completely backfired.
Not only did they fail in stopping Trump, there could be significant blowback.
