Selena Gomez cries over deportations
Donald Trump has made it abundantly clear that he was not messing around when he intended to unleash a mass deportation effort to remove criminal illegal aliens from the country.
Upon taking office, Trump announced, “As Commander in Chief, I have no higher responsibility than to defend our country from threats and invasions, and that is exactly what I am going to do. We will do it at a level that nobody has ever seen before.”
He reiterated at a rally in Las Vegas, “Within hours of taking the oath of office, I declared a national emergency at our southern border. I sent active duty troops on the border to help repel the invasion. Tom Homan is leading the charge. You know that. We like Tom Homan. Doing a great job. We immediately halted all illegal entry and began sending every border trespasser and violator back to the places from which they came.”
The Trump administration has begun deporting criminal illegal aliens who have already had their day in court.
This triggered Only Murders in the Building actress Selena Gomez to film a cringeworthy video featuring a Mexican flag icon where she was crying about deportations.
Gomez said, “All my people are getting attacked, the children. . .I don’t understand. I’m so sorry. I wish I could do something but I can’t.”
Gomez was born in the United States, but her family is from Mexico.

Her video was mocked endlessly, and she eventually took it down.
She then wrote on Instagram, “Apparently it’s not ok to show empathy for people.”
The Left always claims to be empathetic.
In reality, they only empathize with people who do not challenge their leftist worldview.
Gomez roasted
Online commentators pointed out the absurdity of Gomez’s video.
For example, political commentator Tim Pool responded, “I didn’t realize Selena Gomez was friends with so many pedophiles, rapists, and murderers.”
The White House put out notices for some of the illegal aliens being deported for heinous crimes.

Political commentator Savanah Hernandez replied to the video, “Selena Gomez filmed herself ugly crying about the current mass deportations. Because of course the out of touch celebrity with zero understanding of how dangerous our country has become is crying for the criminals being deported. How pathetic.”
Gomez, of course, is not housing illegal aliens in her mansion she purchased for $4.9 million.

Another commenter wrote on social media, “Selena Gomez crying on Instagram isn’t helping a single family facing deportation. If she truly cared about ‘her people,’ where was she before this? She has the money, the platform, and the connections to fund legal aid, advocate for policy reform, or even assist families in navigating the path to legalization. Instead, she waited until it was too late, showing up with empty tears and vague apologies.”
The truth is that Gomez is simply virtue-signaling.
