The clock is ticking on Joe Biden and his administration’s time in the White House.

And now Karine Jean-Pierre could be leaving the White House with criminal charges after this ugly election-eve scandal.
Fingers could land on Karine Jean-Pierre as the White House breaks the law trying to do damage control for Joe Biden
President Joe Biden kept a low profile during the end of the Presidential election.
There was a very good reason that Vice President Kamala Harris kept him off the campaign trail.
Biden created a political firestorm during the final days before the election when he called supporters of former President Donald Trump “garbage.”
Kamala delivered her closing message of the campaign with a speech at the Ellipse in Washington, D.C.
But Biden was confined to participating in a video call with members of a left-wing Hispanic voter group.
The President lashed out over an off-color joke that comedian Tony Hinchcliffe made about Puerto Rico during Trump’s rally at Madison Square Garden.
“And just the other day, a speaker at his rally called Puerto Rico a ‘floating island of garbage.’ Well, let me tell you something. I don’t– I– I don’t know the Puerto Rican that– that I know– or a Puerto Rico, where I’m from– in my home state of Delaware, they’re good, decent, honorable people,” Biden ranted.
“The only garbage I see floating out there is his supporters– his– his demonization of Latinos is unconscionable, and it’s un-American” Biden raged.
Kamala’s phony message of unity was undermined by Biden right after her big speech.
The White House tried to damage control by falsely claiming that Biden used “supporter’s” with an apostrophe to refer to the comedian.
Anyone who watched the video of Biden making remarks could see this wasn’t the case.
But White House officials altered the official transcripts of Biden’s comments to include “supporter’s” with an apostrophe.
This happened without the approval of the White House stenographer making it a violation of federal law.
White House official blows the whistle on Karine Jean-Pierre’s Press Office altering records
The Associated Press reported that official White House stenographers who record the President’s words for record-keeping purposes didn’t approve of inserting the apostrophe into Biden’s garbage remarks.

White House press officials made the change after huddling with Biden.
An email obtained by the Associated Press from a supervisor in the stenography office called the change a “breach of protocol.”
“If there is a difference in interpretation, the Press Office may choose to withhold the transcript but cannot edit it independently,” the stenography supervisor wrote. “Our Stenography Office transcript — released to our distro, which includes the National Archives — is now different than the version edited and released to the public by Press Office staff.”
This change is also a crime under the Presidential Record Acts of 1978.
House Oversight Committee James Comer (R-KY) and Representative Elise Stefanik (R-NY) slammed the White House for doctoring Biden’s remarks and threatened to open an investigation.
“Instead of apologizing or clarifying President Biden’s words, the White House instead sought to change them (despite them being recorded on video) by releasing a false transcript of his remarks,” Comer and Stefanik said in a statement. “The move is not only craven, but it also appears to be in violation of federal law, including the Presidential Records Act of 1978. White House staff cannot rewrite the words of the President of the United States to be more politically on message.”
As Joe Biden’s press secretary, Karine Jean-Pierre heads the White House Press Office in the Biden-Harris administration.
But Joe Biden’s Presidency could conclude with yet another investigation into his administration.
