The eyes of the world were on the results of the U.S. elections Tuesday night.
And no world leader was sweating out the ballot returns more than Ukraine’s Volodymyr Zelensky.
But now Zelensky is slamming his fist in rage after heading this joke from a sitting U.S. Senator.
“God spared Trump’s life for a reason”
Americans are still waiting for final election tabulations but it looks as though Donald Trump will finish with as many as 312 electoral votes compared to Kamala Harris’ 226.
A true electoral college landslide.
Additionally, Trump will be the first Republican to win the popular vote in 20 years – looking like it’ll be a margin of a couple of million votes in Trump’s direction.
Trump friends like Representative Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) shared their glee over the victory.
“God spared Trump’s life for a reason,” Fox News reported Greene wrote in a tweet to X. “And that reason was to make Donald Trump the 47th President of the United States.”
But there were also well wishes from some unexpected individuals.
“The principle that can practically bring just peace in Ukraine”
The Biden-Harris administration has been funneling billions to Ukraine’s government to keep the senseless human meat grinder going in their conflict with Russia.
The money is prolonging a conflict in Eastern Europe that has already cost the lives of hundreds of thousands of people.
Ukrainian Prime Minister Volodymyr Zelensky is grateful for the U.S. taxpayer dollars the Biden-Harris regime has been funneling his way.
He doesn’t want the gravy train that’s reportedly skyrocketed his net worth to end, which may explain why he flew to the United States effectively to campaign for Vice President Kamala Harris.
Zelensky essentially endorsed President Joe Biden’s Border Czar while campaigning in Pennsylvania with Kamala surrogate and Governor Josh Shapiro (D-PA).
Zelenskyy just essentially endorsed Kamala in Pennsylvania while with Josh Shapiro autographing ammunition.
He called Trump and Vance “radical”. He also said Trump has no idea how to end the war.

Now that Zelensky knows his paymasters will soon be out of power, like fellow war profiteer and RINO former Congresswoman Liz Cheney, Zelensky immediately attempted to grovel up to the President-elect with a message of congratulations.
“I appreciate President Trump’s commitment to the ‘peace through strength’ approach in global affairs,” Zelensky tweeted. “This is exactly the principle that can practically bring just peace in Ukraine closer. I am hopeful that we will put it into action together,” Zelensky commented.
Congratulations to @realDonaldTrump on his impressive election victory!
I recall our great meeting with President Trump back in September, when we discussed in detail the Ukraine-U.S. strategic partnership, the Victory Plan, and ways to put an end to Russian aggression against…

“I guess Ukraine’s electoral votes weren’t enough to help Kamala”
Zelensky’s brown-nosing didn’t escape the eyes of Senator Mike Lee (R-UT).
Senator Lee rode into the U.S. Senate in the 2010 Tea Party wave.
He’s been one of the biggest supporters in the Upper Chamber of Trump’s America-First platform.
And Lee was eager to welcome Trump back to the nation’s Capital with open arms.
How about “congratulations, President Trump”? https://t.co/Epmi2nJBnY

“America didn’t want what Kamala was selling,” Senator Lee noted in a post on X.

But Lee couldn’t help but poke some fun at Zelensky’s sudden about-face in regards to the 45th and 47th President of the United States.
“I guess Ukraine’s electoral votes weren’t enough to help Kamala,” Lee joked.

Ukraine is receiving far more funding from the federal government under Joe Biden and Kamala Harris than many states that actually do have electoral college votes – something Lee has been adamantly against.
Lee had some other insights following the election.
Utah’s senior Senator was quick to call out for new leadership in the Upper Chamber.
And he added that new leadership needs to embrace Trump’s MAGA message of conservative populism and putting America first.
“The Senate GOP shouldn’t even consider a candidate who isn’t aligned with the movement that brought about our historic majority,” Lee tweeted.

One wonders who is most upset that Donald Trump won a second term in the White House – Kamala Harris, Liz Cheney, or Volodymyr Zelensky.
