The establishment is gearing up to undermine Donald Trump’s second term.

That’s what happened during his first Presidency.

And Permanent Washington attempted one insane scheme to stop Kash Patel.

Congress tries to block investigations

The Washington, D.C. Swamp is deeply concerned about Donald Trump returning to office.

He is far better equipped to handle the underhanded tactics of establishment Democrats and Republicans.

And the establishment just tried to pull another fast one.

Trump nominated Kash Patel for the position of FBI director, and Patel is eager to clean up Washington, D.C. corruption.

Patel unspooled the Russian collusion hoax, and has spoken openly about more transparency in the intelligence agencies.

And Congress tried to block any potential Patel investigation as part of a continuing resolution that was laden with pork.

The 1,500-page spending bill included language that could stonewall investigations into Congress.

It read, “Upon a motion made promptly by a House office or provider for a House office, a court of competent jurisdiction shall quash or modify any legal process directed to the provider for a House office if compliance with the legal process would require the disclosure of House data of the House office.”

The bill continued, “The Office of the Chief Administrative Officer, in consultation with the House Office of General Counsel, shall provide information regarding the potential constitutional implications and the potential impact on privileges that may be asserted to each House office that commissions or uses a provider of electronic communication service or remote computing service.”

In other words, members of Congress would not have to turn over data as part of an investigation.

Doing the dirt

Democrats are very concerned about what Patel and Attorney General Pam Bondi discover once they take over the reins.

That is why the media have already begun talking about preemptive pardons for Senator-elect Adam Schiff (D-CA) and disgraced former Congresswoman Liz Cheney.

During an interview with Meet the Press host Kristen Welker, Trump explained, “Cheney did something that’s inexcusable, along with [Rep. Bennie] Thompson and the people on the un-select committee of political thugs and, you know, creeps. So the un-select committee went through a year and a half of testimony. Wait. They deleted and destroyed all evidence of — that they found. You know why? Because Nancy Pelosi was guilty.”

The establishment does not want anyone looking too closely at the January 6 House Select Committee.

Trump continued, “Nancy Pelosi turned down 10,000 troops. You wouldn’t have had a J6 because other people were guilty. The people that said that I attacked two Secret Service agents in a car, I grabbed one around the neck. I was then rebuffed and I grabbed the other one. These are two of the toughest men anywhere on the planet. And they happen to be slightly younger than me. You know, just a little bit. Let me just tell you. They testified. They said it was total bulls***. And all of this stuff came out. People lied so badly. Now, listen, this was a committee, a big deal. They lied. And what did they do? They deleted and destroyed a whole year and a half worth of testimony. Do you know that I can’t get — I think those people committed a major crime.”

It’s no wonder the establishment does not want Patel poking into this and other matters.

There is so much corruption hiding in plain sight.
