Democrats were in disbelief when Donald Trump won on Election Night.

But they weren’t the only people who were upset.

And one leftist leader was furious after Trump’s victory.

Mexican President is no fan of  Trump

Democrats were crestfallen when Donald Trump defeated Kamala Harris on Election Night.

There had been talk that the results of the election would not be known for days.

However, Trump won so convincingly that the election was called that night.

Despite Trump’s clear victory, Harris did not concede the night of the election.

And Mexican President Claudia Sheinbaum seemingly took her cues from Harris.

The day after the election when Trump had already been declared the winner, Sheinbaum still refused to recognize him as the duly elected President of the United States.

Sheinbaum said, “There is news that President Trump won, but in any case, we are going to wait today for the vote count to end in some states before we issue an official statement.”

The international Left and mass migration

Sheinbaum’s statement is indicative of the attitude of the international Left.

Trump was not just facing off against Harris and the Democrats.

He was up against globalist elites who despised the right-wing populist movements that have sprung up around the world.

Nationalism is a roadblock to the elites’ centralized power ambitions.

One of their main tools is mass migration as a political weapon.

Nationalist movements have largely been driven by frustration with outrageous levels of illegal immigration.

Bringing thousands, hundreds of thousands, and even millions of people all at once is destabilizing.

The problem is exacerbated by an international Left—which controls education and culture—that tells new arrivals not to assimilate and to hate the host nation.

It is not uncommon for second-generation immigrants in Europe to be radicals even though their parents assimilated into the host nation.

That radicalization process takes place in schools—especially the elite ones—and filters into mainstream culture.

The same happens in America.

Trump was handed a mandate to solve the illegal alien crisis at the southern border with Mexico.

Trump negotiated the “remain in Mexico” policy with former President Andrés Manuel López Obrador (AMLO), but Sheinbaum has shown zero interest in working with the incoming Trump administration.

Trump’s selection of former ICE director Tom Homan as border czar is a sign that he intends to finish what he began in his first administration.

Homan said during a March 2023 speech at CPAC, “I wake up every day pissed off because this [Biden-Harris] administration destroyed the most secure border in a lifetime. And I’m sick and tired of hearing about the family separation. And I’m still being sued over that, so come get me. I don’t give a s***. Bottom line is, we enforce the law. American families — when I was a cop in New York, and I arrest a father for domestic violence or someone from DUI, I separated that family. When you violate the law with a child, you’re going to be separated. . .I’ll tell you the same thing I told President Trump. If he comes back, I come back, we fix this s***.”

Trump and Homan are back.

But Sheinbaum does not seem to be as willing as AMLO was to work collaboratively.
