Democrats have been trying to remove Clarence Thomas from the Supreme Court for decades.
They are an election away from making it happen.
And Kamala Harris unveiled this terrible scheme to take out Clarence Thomas.
Kamala Harris announces her plan to destroy the Senate
Vice President Kamala Harris has mostly shied away from talking about what her agenda would be in the White House to stick to meaningless platitudes.
But she put all of her cards on the table during an interview with Wisconsin Public Radio.
Kamala called for an end to the Senate filibuster to put the right to abortion-on-demand into federal law.
“I think we should eliminate the filibuster for Roe, and get us to the point where 51 votes would be what we need to actually put back in law the protections for reproductive freedom and for the ability of every person and every woman to make decisions about their own body and not have their government tell them what to do,” Harris said.
The Senate filibuster is the only roadblock to a permanent lock on power by Democrats in Washington, D.C.
It requires a 60-vote threshold to pass non-budget bills.
Democrats could pass any item on their wish list with only 51 votes, or 50 if they held the White House and had the Vice President to break ties.
That would allow them to give amnesty to the more than 11 million illegal aliens that Kamala let into the country, add as many as eight new states to get extra Democrat Senators, and institute a federal takeover of elections.
There’s no such thing as a carve-out to the filibuster to pass abortion-on-demand.
Once that happens, the filibuster is dead.
Kamala could remove Clarence Thomas from the Supreme Court
President Joe Biden unveiled a Supreme Court reform plan in July with an op-ed in the Washington Post.
That plan included an 18-year term limit for members of the Supreme Court.
Kamala expressed her support for Biden’s proposals.
“These popular reforms will help restore confidence in the Court, strengthen our democracy, and ensure no one is above the law,” Kamala said.
If the Senate filibuster is abolished, Democrats pass Supreme Court term limits.
If that plan passes next year, then it would mean that Supreme Court Justices Clarence Thomas and Samuel Alito and Chief Justice John Roberts would all be forced to retire.
A President Kamala Harris would be able to appoint three new justices and flip the court to a 6-3 left-wing majority.
The Left taking over the Supreme Court is the end of the rule of law in the country.
U.S. Senators Kyrsten Sinema (I-AZ) and Joe Manchin (I-WV) were the two known holdouts that stopped Senate Democrats from abolishing the filibuster during the first two years of Biden’s Presidency.
They both chose to retire rather than run for another term this year.
U.S. Senator Sheldon Whitehouse (D-RI) told a panel at the Democratic National Convention in August that if Democrats control Congress and the White House, they are going to abolish the filibuster and pass Biden’s Supreme Court reform bill.
The Supreme Court is in grave danger the next time Democrats have total control in Washington, D.C.
