Joe Biden’s border policies have been a nightmare.
That’s one reason why Donald Trump won the 2024 election so convincingly.
And Joe Biden pulled one illegal stunt that made the border crisis so much worse.
Massive fraud in immigration process
As soon as Joe Biden assumed office, he dismantled Donald Trump’s border policies that had been working, such as the Remain in Mexico agreement.
Remain in Mexico meant that asylum seekers would stay in Mexico until their court cases were adjudicated.
The agreement dramatically reduced the policy of Catch and Release, which allowed asylum seekers to enter into America in advance of their court cases.
And because over 90% of asylum claims are bogus, most never show up to court and remain in the country illegally.
Biden not only reinstituted Catch and Release, but he granted Temporary Protected Status (TPS) to illegal aliens as part of the CHNV program.
Noncitizens from Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua, and Venezuela were essentially given indefinite amnesty.
And a recent Congressional hearing uncovered that massive fraud was used as part of the CHNV application program.
The organization Global Refuge wrote on its website, “On January 6, 2023, the Biden Administration opened a humanitarian parole program allowing certain nationals from Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua, and Venezuela (CHNV) to apply for entry to the U.S. for a temporary stay of up to two years. All individuals admitted through the CHNV program must have a U.S.-based supporter, pass security vetting, and meet other criteria.”
However, it turned out that CHNV applicants were using the same U.S.-based supporters’ Social Security numbers and telephone numbers thousands of times.
Congress grills Biden official
Rep. Andy Biggs (R-AZ) grilled Ur Jaddou, Director of the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services, during a House Judiciary Committee hearing on the rampant fraud in the CHNV program.
Biggs said, “Nearly 2,000 times you had the same email address used on 20 different supporter applications. The same exact 184 word text response to a question on the supporter application was used on more than 1800 such applications by nearly 190 different CHNV supporters. More than 460 non-existent zip codes were used on supporter applications on behalf of more than 2,800 CHNV aliens.”
The figures only got worse from there.
Other parolees were also listed as CHNV supporters, as well as DACA recipients.
So other noncitizens were used as sponsors for CHNV applicants.
Biggs continued, “DHS had approved more than 80,000 CHNV supporters who were in the US on a temporary basis. . .311 DACA recipients approved as CHNV supporters. 1,300 plus aliens in the U.S. on temporary visas approved as CHNV supporters. 64 refugees approved as CHNV supporters. 1,912 conditional permanent residents approved as CHNV supporters.”

The Biden administration has no idea who it’s letting into the country.
Worse yet, systematic fraud is being used to allow illegal aliens to enter the United States.
