Fani Willis is hellbent on putting Donald Trump behind bars.

But her case is falling apart.

And Fani Willis’ worst nightmare came true when she saw one video just days before the election.

Trump’s surprising support in the ATL

Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis was the Democrats’ best hope at putting Donald Trump in prison.

However, her case went up in smoke due to her own personal scandals.

Willis carried on an affair with prosecutor Nathan Wade while she paid him with taxpayer dollars to work on her legal team despite limited felony experience.

Worse yet, the two went on lavish vacations together.

As a result, Willis’ case is up in the air.

She also may not have as much public support for a Trump conviction that she originally thought.

Conservative commentator Benny Johnson traveled to Fulton County in Atlanta, Georgia and wanted to see what would happen if he handed out free MAGA hats.

The results were surprising.

It turned out that there were many Trump supporters in the Democrat stronghold.

In 2020, Biden won Fulton County easily (46 points), so it is far from MAGA country.

However, the video is indicative of how Trump has made inroads with black voters, particularly black male voters.

POLITICO reported that exit polls showed Trump winning around 20 percent of black men and double digits among all black voters in Georgia.

“That’s a marked improvement from four years ago, when Trump won 11 percent of Black voters in Georgia,” POLITICO wrote Tuesday evening.

Identity politics gradually losing potency

In the final stages of the 2024 Presidential campaign, Democrats sounded the alarm over Kamala Harris’ flagging support among nonwhite voters.

The campaign dispatched Barack Obama to scold black men as being sexist for not supporting Harris.

Obama said, “Now, I also want to say that that seems to be more pronounced with the brothers. So if you don’t mind — just for a second, I’ve got to speak to y’all and say that when you have a choice, that is this clean: When on the one hand, you have somebody who grew up like you, went to college with you, understands the struggles [and the] pain and joy that comes from those experiences. . .You’re coming up with all kinds of reasons and excuses. . .I’ve got a problem with that.”

Obama’s condescending message was not even accurate according to reports.

Harris was largely raised by her Indian mother in a well-to-do suburb of Montreal, Canada.

Both of her parents were also college professors, so Obama’s lecture was particularly tone-deaf.

“I’m speaking to men directly — part of it makes me think that, well, you just aren’t feeling the idea of having a woman as president, and you’re coming up with other alternatives and other reasons for that,” Obama lectured ahead of the election.

Former First Lady Michelle Obama had an equally insulting message.

She told a crowd in Michigan, “If we don’t get this election right, your wife, your daughter, your mother, we as women will become collateral damage to your rage. . .Are you, as men, prepared to look into the eyes of the women and children you love and tell them that you supported this assault on our safety?”

The Democrats’ stigmatization of Trump supporters lost its power.

More and more people are freely expressing their political views.
