Democrats and their media allies have been fear-mongering about Donald Trump nonstop.
He won the 2024 Presidential election anyway.
And Trump just pulled off one massive victory on the world stage.
Trump strikes big deal with Panama
The Left has been telling people for years that Donald Trump was a madman who would at best embarrass America on the world stage, and at worst launch World War III.
Instead, Donald Trump did not start any new wars during his first term, and he has proven to be a shrewd negotiator in terms of deals with foreign countries.
For instance, the media claimed that Trump was going to use the U.S. military to retake the Panama Canal.
Trump’s comments about the Panama Canal were a negotiating tactic to get Panama to come to the table regarding trade with China.
The State Department released a memo stating that “President Trump has made a preliminary determination that the current position of influence and control of the Chinese Communist Party over the Panama Canal area is a threat to the canal and represents a violation of the Treaty Concerning the Permanent Neutrality and Operation of the Panama Canal. Secretary Rubio made clear that this status quo is unacceptable and that absent immediate changes, it would require the United States to take measures necessary to protect its rights under the Treaty.”
And after a meeting with U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio, Panamanian President José Raúl Mulino announced that his country would be ending its foreign aid program with China.

The New York Post reported that “Panama says it will not renew its agreement involving China’s premier foreign investment program after Panamanian leaders met with US Secretary of State Marco Rubio, marking another victory for President Trump. Panama will allow its 2017 trade and development pact involving China’s ‘Belt and Road Initiative’ to expire, said Panamanian President José Raúl Mulino at a press conference Sunday — after months of threats by Trump to take back the Panama Canal, claiming ‘American ships are being severely overcharged’ and accusing China of ‘operating’ the crucial waterway. Mulino even said he will explore options to see if his country’s involvement in the agreement can end sooner than the one or two years it may take for it.”
China’s advances
China has attempted to extend its sphere of influence into Latin America, which has been seen as an act of aggression on the part of U.S. officials.
The Post added that “the ‘Belt and Road Initiative’ — established in 2013 as China’s main project for investing in foreign infrastructure — has ultimately increased its influence around the world. Mulino said Panama would be interested in the US investing in the country’s infrastructure instead. But the Panamanian president made sure to add that the canal’s sovereignty is still under Panama.”
Most foreign policies have been conducted in a business-as-usual manner.
It has also been done through a globalist lens.
Then Trump came along and simply asked what’s in the best interest of America.
The so-called experts are infuriated by Trump’s tactics.
They have made a living by operating under the globalist paradigm, which is essentially a managed decline of the United States.
But Trump is fighting against self-sabotage.
The more success Trump has, the more he discredits the “experts.”
That’s one reason why legacy media outlets are actively rooting against Trump.
