Donald Trump exceeded expectations, winning all of the major swing states and the popular vote on Election Day.

The resulting shockwaves crashed home a powerful message to America’s enemies and supposed allies alike.

And now Donald Trump has just forced officials in this overseas nation into a corner and scored a massive victory well before he takes office again.

Australia is backing down after this dystopian bill fails to gain any traction

Over the last several years, radical leftists all across the globe have abused their power to restrict the civil liberties of the people they claim to represent.

The so-called pursuit to stop the spread of “misinformation” and “disinformation” has represented one of the most formidable threats to the personal liberties of millions of people across the globe.

In the United States, United Kingdom, and Australia, among other places, leftists within the central government have attempted to curb free speech by labeling any speech they disagree with as illegitimate “misinformation.”

These blatant attempts to censor people online outraged citizens, with voters in America and Europe rejecting the status quo in major elections this year.

Donald Trump’s decisive victory for example sent shockwaves all across the world, telling both America’s enemies and America’s so-called allies that enough is enough.

Soon after Donald Trump decisively won the 2024 election, the Australian government dropped a dystopian bill, aimed to prevent so-called “misinformation.”

This move comes after months of bickering between the Australian government and tech mogul and X owner Elon Musk, with some in the Australian government threatening to hold Elon Musk criminally liable for content on X they don’t like.

But Musk will now play an important role in the incoming Donald Trump administration.

Last Sunday, Michelle Rowland, Australia’s controversial Communications Minister released a statement about the dropped “misinformation” prevention bill.

“Based on public statements and engagements with senators, it is clear that there is no pathway to legislate this proposal through the Senate,” the Australian official stated.

David Coleman, a member of the Australian House of Representatives, praised this move, claiming, “This bill would have had the effect of suppressing the free speech of everyday Australians, as platforms would have censored online content to avoid the threat of big fines.”

Radical lawmakers across the Western world are becoming scared after seeing Donald Trump cruise to victory

Over-zealous lawmakers in Australia and other Western nations have made it their top priority to restrict civil liberties for the sake of preventing “misinformation.”

These wicked pursuits were amplified during the pandemic, when many world governments seized massive authority to control what people do, where they can go, and what they can see.

People have become fed up with these authoritarian measures, as evidenced by Donald Trump’s decisive election victory.

This year alone, people across the Western world voted to oust the status quo, and if governments continue to restrict the civil liberties of the people they claim to represent, then this trend will likely continue.
