Donald Trump has been cleaning house in only a short time in office.
But Permanent Washington won’t go down without a fight.
And an awful video shows a “woke” Deep State administrator caught on camera making a shocking confession.
Trump takes a chainsaw to DEI
During COVID, parents learned that their children were being indoctrinated in school with radical, neo-Marxist concepts like critical race theory (CRT).
The more people dug, the more they realized that virtually all institutions had been shot through with CRT’s twin—DEI (diversity, inclusivity, equity).
DEI is purported to be a useful tool to make organizations more productive and harmonious.
It failed on both scores.
Many universities and corporations have scrapped their DEI initiatives, because in reality, DEI is merely a patronage system for leftist activists.
And Donald Trump recently issued an executive order eliminating DEI positions from the Executive Branch.
Morgan Ackley, VA Director of Media Affairs, said in a statement, “Under President Trump, VA is laser-focused on providing the best possible care and benefits to Veterans, their families, caregivers, and survivors. We are proud to have abandoned the divisive DEI policies of the past and pivot back to VA’s core mission. We look forward to reallocating the millions of dollars the department was spending on DEI programs and personnel to better serve the men and women who have bravely served our nation.”
The Left fight back
However, left-wing career bureaucrats are not going down without a fight.
They have already planned to rebrand DEI under different names.
Dr. Sophia Hox, who works in the Veterans Affairs Healthcare System, admitted as much on a conference call.
Hox explained, “So technically, our DEI office. . .has closed. Many probably are aware that Dr. [inaudible] had held that role for us. . .A few months ago, he actually was transitioned to a different position of organizational psychologist. So he actually will continue to support with our Healthcare Disparities Initiative in the rural health areas, but also with the overall wellbeing of the. . . organization.”
She continued, “So there is a program called the chief wellbeing officer. So we certainly don’t have that luxury of FTE for that, but we do somewhat have pieces of it. . .So they’ll be seeing more of that coming forward as that group gets mobilized.”
Another woman on the call asked Hox, “Our. . .program does have a couple of Dr. [inaudible], like, DEI-type, you know, presentations, trainings and so forth. So will he still just kind of re-shift his focus on what he’ll present? It just won’t have, like, a DEI component, but we can still get trainings from him?”
Hox assured her, “Yes, absolutely. Yes. He will be—it probably will be titled DEI. But I think, you know, elements and things of those really apply to all people. So. . .I think it’ll still be available. It just may be reframed. But he is certainly available for training and such.”

So this is the Left’s plan.
They are going to “reframe” and “rename” their leftist patronage programs in order to maintain a stranglehold on all of these bureaucratic positions.
That’s why conservatives and sensible liberals have to be vigilant and make sure DEI does not come back in some mutated form.
