And all hell broke loose when this college coach blew the whistle on one “woke” disaster.
Men in women’s sports causing chaos
The radical Left has gained a major foothold inside the Democrat Party.
They are essentially the leaders of left-wing thought.
That’s how radical gender ideology became mainstream.
The consequences of that were unhinged occurrences like Tim Walz putting tampons in boys’ bathrooms in Minnesota public schools, and male rapists being put in women’s prisons.
The far-left “woke” idea has also led to men playing women’s sports.
Recently, two biological males competed in boxing in the Olympics.
And it’s been happening in college and high school sports.
Recently, Blaire Fleming, a biological male on the San Jose State University women’s volleyball team, has created a massive controversy.
Multiple teams have forfeited matches against San Jose State in protest.
And now a coach on the San Jose State team filed a Title IX complaint.
Quillette reported that Associate Head Coach Melissa Batie-Smoose “filed a 33-page sworn declaration with officials at SJSU, the Mountain West Conference, and the National Collegiate Athletics Association (NCAA), exhorting these bodies to investigate (1) the overt favouritism that she believes her school has shown to Fleming, at the expense of Fleming’s 18 female teammates; and (2) the unsettling measures that SJSU officials have allegedly taken in order to suppress expressions of concern from these affected women.”
Coaches and players not on board
San Jose State’s opponents are not the only ones frustrated.
Coaches and players on the team are not happy.
Quillette added that “Batie-Smoose alleges that the behaviour of SJSU officials—including her own direct boss, Spartans head coach Todd Kress, whose position on these issues has reportedly alienated him from many of his players—may violate Title IX, the US civil-rights law that prohibits sex-based discrimination in federally funded education programs.”
In her Title IX complaint, Batie-Smoose claimed, “We had nine student-athletes who had not previously played on the SJSU team. . .It is my understanding that none of these players [were] told before coming to SJSU that Fleming’s natal sex is male, or that there was any player with a male birth sex on the team.”
The women were not given any advance notice that they would be playing and sharing a locker room with a man.
Batie-Smoose also said that in over 30 years of coaching, she had seen few biological women that could compare to Fleming’s physical prowess.
She said that what “stood out was spiking the [ball] and blocking on the front row, due to Fleming’s leaping ability and hitting power, which far exceeded that of any player in the [Mountain West] Conference.”
A high school volleyball player suffered permanent damage after being spiked in the face by a biological male on the opposing team.

Batie-Smoose also alleged that the head coach went out of his way to be accommodating to Fleming at the expense of the female players.
These stories will continue to happen until sanity prevails.
Only the radical fringe are in favor of this nonsense.
