Democrats claim the country is having a constitutional crisis
Democrats have turned to the courts to throw a monkey wrench in President Donald Trump’s agenda.
The Trump administration has faced more than 60 lawsuits in less than a month.
Democrat state attorney generals and left-wing activist groups will shop around for friendly activist Judges they know will rule their way.
One Judge ruled that Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent wasn’t allowed to access the data from his own department.
These activist Judges are making political rulings without any legal merit for the benefit of the Democrat Party.
Vice President J.D. Vance hinted that the administration should ignore this judicial tyranny.
“If a Judge tried to tell a general how to conduct a military operation, that would be illegal,” Vance wrote on X. “If a Judge tried to command the attorney general in how to use her discretion as a prosecutor, that’s also illegal. Judges aren’t allowed to control the executive’s legitimate power.”
RINO Liz Cheney accused him of supporting “tyranny” with that remark.
“If you believe any of the multiple federal courts that have ruled against you so far are exceeding their statutory or constitutional authority, your recourse is to appeal,” Cheney claimed. “You don’t get to rage-quit the Republic just because you are losing. That’s tyranny.”
Democrats claimed the country was moving toward a constitutional crisis if the Trump administration ignored the Judges.
Trump said he would comply with the rulings while he appealed them.
Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez supports ignoring Judges
Leave it to Representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) to cause problems for Democrats.
While Democrats were arguing that ignoring the Judge was a threat to democracy, an old video of her resurfaced.
A district court Judge suspended the use of the dangerous chemical abortion drug in 2023.
Ocasio-Cortez argued that former President Joe Biden should ignore the Judge’s ruling in an appearance on CNN.
“Senator Ron Wyden (D-OR) has already issued statements, for example, advising what we should do in a situation like this, which I concur, which is that I believe that the Biden administration should ignore this ruling,” Ocasio-Cortez said at the time. “I think that we, the courts have the legitimacy, and they rely on the legitimacy of their rulings.”
The socialist congresswoman claimed the Judge’s ruling was illegitimate so it was okay to ignore it.
“And what they are currently doing is engaged in an unprecedented and dramatic erosion of the legitimacy of the courts,” Ocasio-Cortez added. “They, it is the justices themselves, through the deeply partisan and unfounded nature of these rulings, that are undermining their own enforcement.”
CNN host Anderson Cooper asked her if Biden should ignore the Judge’s ruling.
“You know, I think the interesting thing when it comes to a ruling is that it relies on enforcement, and it is up to the Biden administration to enforce, to choose whether or not to enforce such a ruling,” Ocasio-Cortez claimed.

Democrats don’t have a leg to stand on when they try to accuse Trump of trying to create a constitutional crisis.
