The courtroom has turned into one of the major battlefields in the 2024 Election.

Democrats are hoping that’ll give them an edge.

And a Biden Judge handed down one ruling that raised this disturbing question about the election.

Virginia fights to remove non-citizens from its voting rolls

Virginia has become a reachable state that former President Donald Trump could have an outside chance of winning in the election.

A recent Rasmussen Reports poll of Virginia found that Vice President Kamala Harris had a 48% to 46% lead over Trump.

Other polls have found that Kamala’s advantage in the state is only in the low single digits.

Virginia Governor Glenn Youngkin issued an executive order in August that ordered the state to remove non-citizens from its voting rolls.

The Biden-Harris Justice Department sued to stop Virginia from removing the non-citizens.

District Court Judge Patricia Tolliver Giles – who was appointed by President Joe Biden – blocked Virginia from removing the non-citizens from its voting rolls because it was within 90 days of a federal election.

The Judge ordered that the non-citizens be informed by Virginia that they were being added back to the rolls.

Biden Judge’s ruling slammed by highly respected law professor

George Washington University law professor Jonathan Turley pointed out, during an appearance on Fox News, that the Justice Department didn’t stop previous Virginia Governors – who were Democrats – from doing the same thing in the past.

“The Biden administration argued that some or many of these were citizens who simply had bureaucratic problems or errors when they were at the DMV filling out forms,” Turley said.

“As Governor Youngkin pointed out, this was approved by the Department of Justice years ago under then-Governor Tim Kaine, who ironically is on the ballot this election,” Turley explained.

Kaine, a Democrat, is running for re-election to the U.S. Senate.

“And they say this has been used within the 90 days before an election, which is that critical so-called quiet period,” Turley continued. “And so the state is saying look, this is a rather odd timing of the events.”

“Department of Justice green-lights this law, no objection in past years used by Democrats allegedly even during this period and suddenly when we use it, when we remove non-citizens, it becomes a problem,” Turley added.

Voters that Virginia identified as non-citizens had 15 days to correct the record if they were citizens or they could cast a provisional ballot for the election.

Virginia would periodically do this to its voter rolls for years without federal interference.

Now, the Biden Judge is ordering the state to put the non-citizens back on the rolls.

Youngkin ripped the Judge’s ruling by pointing out it was part of an automatic process with information supplied by voters.

“Keep in mind, Virginia doesn’t know who these people are gonna vote for. It’s not like there’s an effort to target one group,” Turley said. “This is an automated system that kicks over and says there is an anomaly here, a conflict, this person has identified themselves as a non-citizen.”

The Biden-Harris Justice Department has battled states over basic election integrity measures.

“Many may have done it incorrectly or there might be an error and why they have these belts and suspenders, but part of the problem the states have here is that they feel like they’ve been harassed and sued by the Biden Administration at every turn over voter ID and other laws,” Turley stated.

The Biden-Harris administration is hellbent on keeping suspected noncitizens on the voting rolls in a state that could be surprisingly close on Election Day.
