Radical member of the Democrat “Squad,” Jasmine Crockett seems to have her eyes set on filling the void of a leader in her party.
And she appears to believe taking on President Donald Trump’s Border Czar will get her to the top.
But Tom Homan just taught Crockett one embarrassing lesson that she should have known all along.

If one wanted to declare war on a member of the Trump administration, border security expert Tom Homan would be the last person most would choose to go against.
But Congresswoman Jasmine Crockett (D-TX) often attempts – and fails – to defy conventional wisdom, or just wisdom in general.
President Donald Trump’s Border Czar is a man of action who also possesses a sharp tongue and quick wit.
Homan – whose actual job title is White House Executive Associate Director of Enforcement and Removal Operations – started as a police officer in New York, before becoming a border patrol agent all the way back in 1984.
He worked his way up the ranks at Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), with The Washington Post once writing about him, “Thomas Homan deports people. And he’s really good at it.”
In 2017, President Trump put Homan in charge of ICE – and the duo took a big bite out of the immigration problems from the George W. Bush and Barack Obama White Houses.
Point being, Homan knows what he’s talking about.
And clearly, Representative Crockett does not.

Crockett is known for making outrageous statements that have no basis in fact.
But on her recent appearance on MSNBC’s The Katie Phang Show, the Squad member from Dallas dropped a line that may be her most dubious yet.

“It is not a criminal violation to enter the country illegally,” Crockett frantically claimed. “It’s not a criminal — it’s not a crime!”
As the phrase, “enter the country illegally” implies, Crockett is wrong, it is indeed a criminal violation.
While a guest on Fox News, Homan was asked about Crockett’s asinine comments.
And he used the opportunity to get in a little jab against his nemesis at the same time.

Homan even cited the actual criminal code for Stuart Varney.
“It’s a crime to enter the country illegally under Title 8 U.S.C. § 1325,” Homan said. “It’s really, really pathetic that any member of Congress doesn’t understand what the law says. They wrote the law. They enacted the law. It was signed by the President.”
Homan also recalled when he had to educate Crockett’s mentor, Representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez while testifying before Congress a couple of years ago.
“I don’t know who this lady is. Apparently, she’s not real smart.”
This isn’t the first time Homan had to correct the record and take Crockett to school.
Back in January, Crockett was interviewed on MSNBC’s Alex Witt Reports, when she doubted the Trump administration would move forward with mass deportations of criminal illegal aliens.

“Again, we have someone who does not know what he’s doing,” Crockett claimed about Homan. “You have Trump that goes out there, him and his minions, who say things like ‘you know what, we’re only get rid of the bad ones,’ right? People sit there, and they’re like, ‘Wait a minute. You’re gonna come to my job where I’m working and paying into taxes or whatever? Or my kids are at school? I think there will be a rude awakening on all sides.”
Crockett also was advocating that Homan should have to be confirmed by the U.S. Senate, despite his role not requiring it Constitutionally.
Homan couldn’t let her get away with her uneducated views, responding to Crockett’s nonsense while a guest on Newsmax TV’s Wake Up America.

“Well, look, I forgot more about this issue than she’ll ever know,” Homan replied. “I mean, for God’s sakes, I’ve been doing it 34 years, but look, there has been a rude awakening. A rude awakening was in November at the election. There was a rude awakening that American people are sick of the open border. American people are sick of crime in this country.”
And then Homan dropped the mic.
“So, look, I don’t know who this lady is,” Homan added. “Apparently, she’s not real smart. But you can say what you want.”
