Donald Trump has returned to the White House.
The Left is already freaking out.

Trump gets political sermon
It did not take long for the Left to melt down over Donald Trump’s election.
While attending a National Cathedral prayer service for his inauguration, Trump was subjected to a political “sermon” by “progressive” Bishop Mariann Edgar Budde.
She preached at Trump, J.D. Vance and their families, “I ask you to have mercy upon the people in our country who are scared. There are gay, lesbian, transgender children, Democratic, Republican, independent families — some who fear for their lives.”
They can thank the media for putting them in irrational dread.
Budde then commented on immigration policy.
She continued, “The people who pick our crops and clean our office buildings, who labor in poultry farms and meatpacking plants, who wash the dishes after we eat in restaurants and work the night shifts in hospitals — they may not be citizens or have the proper documentation, but the vast majority of immigrants are not criminals.”

Trump responds
A poker-faced Trump took in the diatribe.
But expressed his true feelings on Truth Social afterward.
Trump wrote, “The so-called Bishop who spoke at the National Prayer Service on Tuesday morning was a Radical Left hard line Trump hater. She brought her church into the World of politics in a very ungracious way. She was nasty in tone, and not compelling or smart.”
If a conservative pastor had done something to Barack Obama, it would have been a national scandal.
Trump continued, “She failed to mention the large number of illegal migrants that came into our Country and killed people. Many were deposited from jails and mental institutions. . .It is a giant crime wave that is taking place in the USA. Apart from her inappropriate statements, the service was a very boring and uninspiring one. . .She is not very good at her job! She and her church owe the public an apology!”
Far-left radicals have been making inroads in the church for years.
Denominations that once held traditional values have gone all in on “wokeness,” driving out parishioners who are not on board.
Conservative Christian reporter Megan Basham explained the infiltration in her book Shepherds for Sale: How Evangelical Leaders Traded the Truth for a Leftist Agenda.
Basham exposed a left-wing Bible curriculum called The After Party, a project aimed at getting evangelicals comfortable with voting for pro-abortion Democrats.
Basham explained in a 2024 interview with Allie Beth Stuckey of The Blaze, “So I did some digging, and the first thing that I found was that they were part of a big grant funding round from Rockefeller philanthropy advisors, which, if you’re not familiar, is a very secular Left foundation. They have given. . .big big dollars, $100 million, to an initiative to help transgender youth, LGBTQ—queer youth as they put it—get gender affirming care. They are funders of abortion initiatives and things of this nature.”
The Left is in the process of taking over the last bastion of traditionalism: the church.
