Joe Biden’s disastrous Presidency is mercifully over.
He left Donald Trump with a huge mess to clean up.
And this Biden Deep State collaborator was furious when Joe Biden did one thing on his way out the door.
Biden issues preemptive pardons
Joe Biden made the Democrats look like hypocrites and liars when he said that he would not pardon Hunter Biden, then did it anyway.
Hunter was convicted on federal charges in June, but Biden gave his son a blanket pardon for all federal crimes between January 1, 2014 and December 1, 2024.
Even members of the Democrat-controlled media ripped the move.
For example, former NBC Meet the Press host Chuck Todd said, “You have the leading Democrat in America and the leading Republican in America both agreeing on one thing: the Justice Department has been politicized. That is absolutely – that is long-term damaging.”
Little did Todd know that Biden was just getting started.
For his final act, the 46th President also issued preemptive pardons for other members of the Biden Crime Family.
He preemptively pardoned his brothers James and Francis, his sister Valerie, her husband John Owens, and James’ wife Sara.
Biden still was not done.
He also preemptively pardoned Dr. Anthony Fauci and others.
Biden wrote on social media that was “exercising my authority under the Constitution to pardon General Mark A. Milley, Dr. Anthony S. Fauci, the Members of Congress and staff who served on the Select Committee, and the U.S. Capitol and D.C. Metropolitan police officers who testified before the Select Committee. The issuance of these pardons should not be mistaken as an acknowledgment that any individual engaged in any wrongdoing, nor should acceptance be misconstrued as an admission of guilt for any offense. Our nation owes these public servants a debt of gratitude for their tireless commitment to our country.”
“Pardon envy”
It’s quite telling that Biden pardoned people deeply involved in Donald Trump’s impeachment.
Except one.
Biden did not pardon Ukrainegate star witness Alexander Vindman, much to the consternation of his wife Rachel.
She wrote on social media, “Whatever happens to my family, know this: No pardons were offered or discussed. I cannot begin to describe the level of betrayal and hurt I feel.”

Legal scholar Jonathan Turley called out Biden in December when preemptive pardons were merely being discussed.
He wrote in a column, “The next best thing to a convenient collapse of democracy is a claim that Biden’s series of preemptive pardons averted it. It is enough to preserve the narrative in the face of a stable constitutional system . Indeed, Biden’s pardon list has replaced the usual Inauguration Ball lists as the “must-have” item this year. Pardon envy is sweeping over the Beltway as politicians and pundits push to be included on the list of presumptive Trump enemies. The political stunt will come at a cost. Preemptive pardons could become the norm as presidents pardon whole categories of allies and even themselves to foreclose federal prosecutions.”
The Vindmans certainly have “pardon envy.”
The legality of these pardons likely will not be questioned, but there still needs to be a fact-finding mission for what actually happened on January 6.
