Tim Kaine’s sleazy attacks on Pete Hegseth
Sen. Tim Kaine (D-VA) saved his political career by narrowly getting elected Senator in Virginia after crashing and burning as Hillary Clinton’s Vice President in 2016.
And Kaine stooped to a despicably low level to attack Secretary of Defense nominee Pete Hegseth during his Senate confirmation hearing.
Kaine talked about Hegseth’s past infidelity and suggested that he was unfit to lead the Pentagon as a result.
Kaine asked, “So you think you are completely cleared because you committed no crime?”
He was referencing a 2017 incident where Hegseth was accused of sexual assault after having consensual sex with a woman at a Republican conference in California.
The matter was investigated by the police, and law enforcement found the woman not credible.
Kaine continued, “That’s your definition of cleared. You had just fathered a child two months before by a woman that was not your wife. I am shocked that you would stand here and say you’re completely cleared. Can you so casually cheat on a second wife and cheat on the mother of a child who had been born two months before? And you tell us you are completely cleared? How is that completely cleared?”
Hegseth shot back, “Senator, her child’s name is Gwendolyn Hope Hegseth, and she’s a child of God. . .She’s 7 years old, and I am glad she’s here.”
Kaine persisted with his disgusting line of questioning.
“And you cheated on the mother of that child,” Kaine replied. “Less than two months after that daughter was born, didn’t you?”
Hegseth added that the allegations were “false charges” and that he was “completely cleared” and he has an “amazing woman” supporting him.
Kaine responded, “You’ve admitted that you had sex at that hotel in October 2017. You said it was consensual. Isn’t that correct?”
Kaine’s hypocrisy
Kaine was ripped up and down for his gutter tactics.
Many pointed out that he eagerly campaigned with Second Gentleman Doug Emhoff even though cheated on his first wife with the nanny, got her pregnant, then allegedly coerced her to have an abortion.
Another ex-girlfriend accused Emhoff of slapping her in public.

Of course, Kaine was also on the 2016 ticket with Hillary Clinton, who allegedly helped Bill Clinton cover up the crimes of which he was accused.
Bill Clinton rape accuser Juanita Broaddrick said that Hillary Clinton grabbed her by the arm and threatened her to keep her mouth shut after Bill allegedly raped her when he was the Governor of Arkansas.
Kaine invoking Hegseth’s daughter is also disturbing, especially when Kaine’s own son was arrested for committing crimes as a member of Antifa.
These are the desperate measures to which Democrats are resorting in order to take down Trump’s cabinet picks.
