The establishment is going after Donald Trump yet again.
This time in the state of Georgia.
And Vivek Ramaswamy blindsided Trump indictment DA Fani Willis for this infuriating deception.
Americans are steaming over the latest Trump indictment for all kinds of reasons
The Democrats have now brought four indictments against Donald Trump with the hopes of tying him up in legal cases for the foreseeable future.
The latest indictment comes from Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis, who charged Trump and 18 other defendants with conspiring to overthrow the 2020 election.
However, the Fulton County official court website published the indictment against Trump before the grand jury even came back with a judgment.
That suggests the Democrats were itching to charge Trump no matter what, giving credence to the old saying that a DA could indict a ham sandwich.
Reuters reported that the “court’s website briefly posted a document on Monday listing several criminal charges against former U.S. President Donald Trump that appeared related to his attempts to overturn his 2020 election defeat in the state, before taking the document down without explanation. The Fulton County District Attorney’s office said in a statement that no charges had been filed against Trump. The document was dated Aug. 14 and named Trump, citing the case as ‘open,’ but is no longer available on the court’s website.”
The Democrats have high hopes for the Fulton County case because Trump could not be pardoned at the federal level since it’s a state charge.
Also, Governor Brian Kemp would not be able to unilaterally pardon Trump, either.
Ramaswamy is charged up over lawfare against his top opponent
Primary contender, Vivek Ramaswamy called out the shenanigans by Fulton County and wrote, “Here we go again: another disastrous Trump indictment. It’s downright pathetic that Fulton County publicly posted the indictment on its website even before the grand jury had finished convening. Since the four prosecutions against Trump are using novel & untested legal theories, it’s fair game for him to do the same in defense: immediately file a motion to dismiss for a constitutional due process violation for publicly issuing an indictment before the grand jury had actually signed one.”

Willis brought RICO charges against Trump, his lawyers, and other people loosely associated with Trump.
The idea to bring a RICO charge allows Willis a broad scope to tie together various acts into one big criminal conspiracy.
For instance, some of the “conspiratorial” acts included in the indictment were tweeting and retweeting messages.
The indictment against Trump is overly broad, but the Democrats are engaged in full-scale lawfare against Trump.
