The entire Left were celebratory when the story broke.
And Tucker Carlson was left speechless by Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez’s move on Fox News.
AOC’s “death threats” comments caught on video
Fox News abruptly fired top-rated cable news host Tucker Carlson, and leftists were absolutely giddy.
They don’t care that Carlson will have a massive platform wherever he goes; their talking heads are myopic thinkers.
And Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez said that Carlson’s termination proves that “deplatforming works.”
The self-described Democratic Socialist from New York City showed once again that she is deeply censorious and un-American in a disturbingly cheerful social media post.
Sandy from the Block said, “Couldn’t have happened to a better guy. What I will say though, is while I’m very glad that the person that is arguably responsible for…some of the most amounts of death threats and violence threats not just to my office, but to plenty of people across the country…I also kind of feel like I’m like waiting for the cuts cene at the end of a Marvel movie after all the credits have rolled, and then you see like the villains like hand reemerge out to grip over like the end of a building or something.”
Leftists almost always have the most shallow references.

Ocasio-Cortez concluded, “Deplatforming works, and it is important and there you go. Good things can happen.”

Prior to Carlson being fired, Ocasio-Cortez called for him to be regulated off the air.
She told former Joe Biden Press Secretary Jen Psaki on MSNBC, “I believe that when it comes to broadcast television, like Fox News, these are subjected to, to federal law, federal regulation in terms of what’s allowed on air and what isn’t. And when you look at what Tucker Carlson and some of these other folks on Fox do, it is very, very clearly incitement of violence, very clearly incitement of violence, and that is the line but I think we have to be willing to contend with.”
That is utter nonsense, but Democrats can say whatever dumb thing they want because they know the so-called mainstream media will backstop everything.
Carlson had been under relentless attacks from the Left as well as the establishment Right.
Much of Carlson’s vitriol was reserved for the neocons, so they were over the moon at the announcement of Carlson’s firing.
Unfortunately for his detractors, Carlson already has several lucrative offers.
