Ever since the events on Jan. 6, Nancy Pelosi and her democratic colleagues have been paralyzed by the thought of more “extremism” reaching Washington, D.C.
Recently, Tucker Carlson figured out exactly what has Democrats so nervous.
And Tucker Carlson had the gall to expose the one unhinged scenario that keeps Nancy Pelosi up at night.
Thousands of National Guard troops have been occupying Washington, D.C. since Jan. 6, essentially putting the nation’s capital under a state of quasi-martial law.
This is in addition to the obnoxious and over-the-top security fencing around the Capitol building and other key government buildings.
Prominent Republicans like Colorado Rep. Lauren Boebert (R-CO) have been calling to “tear down” the security fencing, even calling the capitol complex “Fort Pelosi.”
Nancy Pelosi and Joe Biden kept the fencing and the troops patrolling the streets out of misguided fear of a supposed right-wing militia threat to storm the Capitol again on March 4, since March 4 was the original inauguration date under the Constitution.
Wild conspiracy theorists believed that March 4 would be the day Trump would retake power due to the flawed 2020 election.
However, March 4 came and went and there were no right-wing militia members to be found.
The whole thing was another fabrication by the radical Left to instill fear in the American public.
That night, Tucker Carlson claimed the real nightmare that kept Pelosi and her fellow liberals awake at night was a “peasants’ revolt.”
Democrats truly fear that peaceful, freedom-loving Americans who are tired of the constant barrage of biased media coverage and Deep State actors that pull strings in smoke-filled backrooms, would hold fire to the feet of corrupt Washington, D.C. insiders.
Carlson then mockingly described liberals’ fever dreams of Trump supporters marching on Washington, D.C. to restore Donald Trump as President.
“They’re terrified that someday an army of tattooed high school dropouts in Confederate flag tank-tops is going to rise up from the trailer parks of West Virginia and take over the country,” Carlson added.
“They’ll storm the cities with their 75 caliber AR-15 assault weapon machine guns with flash suppressors, each one of which can fire over a million bullets per minute when mounted on the back of an F-150 pickup truck, plastered with racist bumper stickers. That is their nightmare. That is the monster under every liberal’s bed.”
Although Carlson’s remarks invoke a stereotypical interpretation of “rednecks,” he did it to call attention to how the Left truly sees the 78 million Americans who voted for Trump last November.
Of course, there was no attack on March 4.
Just like there was no pro-Trump coup on inauguration day, despite Leftists repeatedly referring to Jan. 6 as an “insurrection” to further divide our country with partisan resentment.
And unfortunately, the troops are still occupying the Capitol.
Carlson warned this is the latest iteration of the endless culture wars that have been raging since Trump announced his candidacy for President in 2015.
“Next it will be something else. Bet on it,” Carlson stated.
