Donald Trump has been targeted for ruination by the establishment.

And Trump was furious when one of his lawyers did something truly shocking.
The Democrats have unleashed a series of attacks through lawfare aimed at putting Donald Trump behind bars.
The case that has drawn the most attention was the RICO prosecution in Fulton County, Georgia brought by District Attorney Fani Willis.
RICO charges increase the probability of a conviction, but they also increase the probability of an appellate court overturning a conviction.
By using RICO to charge Trump like a mob boss, Willis established a pretext to criminally prosecute his lawyers.
And one of Trump’s lawyers took a plea deal and agreed to testify against him.
Sidney Powell, a once-respected attorney who has become known as the “Release the Kraken” lady, avoided jail time in the Georgia election interference case.
Democrat lawfare against Trump’s inner circle is having the expected effect
The Wall Street Journal reported that “Powell agreed to testify against other defendants in the case and hand over any relevant documents. She accepted six years of probation, a $6,000 fine and an apology letter to the state of Georgia. She will also be required to pay $2,700 in restitution, which the state plans to use to pay to replace the voting machines breached in the alleged criminal conspiracy after the 2020 election—the foundation of the charges against her.”
Clint Rucker, a former Fulton County prosecutor, told the Wall Street Journal, “It’s a domino effect…She won’t be the last person on the indictment who will look themselves in the mirror and choose themselves and their families rather than to remain loyal to the narrative they were pushing in 2020…She’s not going to get up there and exonerate anybody.”
However, Steve Sadow, Trump’s attorney in the Georgia case, seemed unbothered by the news of Powell’s testimony.
Sadow said, “Assuming truthful testimony in the Fulton County case, it will be favorable to my overall defense strategy.”

Powell damaged her credibility when she was never able to produce any of the evidence she had promised.
When Tucker Carlson was still on Fox News, he explained on-air that Powell “never sent us any evidence, despite a lot of polite requests. When we kept pressing, she got angry and told us to stop contacting her. When we checked with others around the Trump campaign, people in positions of authority, they also told us Powell had never given them any evidence to prove anything she claimed at the press conference. Powell did say that electronic voting is dangerous, and she’s right, but she never demonstrated that a single actual vote was moved illegitimately by software from one candidate to another. Not one. Why are we telling you this? We’re telling you this because it’s true, and in the end, that’s all that matters.”
Look for Powell to tout finally releasing “the Kraken” if she ever moves forward with that book that surely crossed her mind.
