Joe Biden’s Administration has been a clown show.

Biden himself has committed one gaffe after another.

And one top Biden official tried to get away with this ridiculous coverup.

The Biden Administration has exhibited gross incompetence on multiple fronts.

Joe Biden’s handling of the Afghanistan withdrawal, for example, was horribly botched and led to the deaths of 13 service members.

Now, Biden’s Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin is embroiled in a controversy of his own.

Austin essentially went AWOL and did not notify anyone at the Pentagon, not even Deputy Defense Secretary Kathleen Hicks, who was on vacation in Puerto Rico.

Austin entered the hospital for elective surgery but did not alert anyone until he was unexpectedly admitted to the hospital.

No one can believe where Deputy Hicks was

Deputy Hicks ended up running the Pentagon from a beach.

Now details are emerging about the extent of Austin’s coverup.

According to the left-wing outlet The Daily Beast, Austin tried to keep his health condition under wraps during his 911 call.

The Daily Beast reported that Austin’s aide “who made a 911 call to request an ambulance for the top official early this month requested that the dispatchers work to be ‘subtle’ when they arrived at his residence…”

Per a recording received by The Daily Beast, the aide said to a 911 operator, “Can I ask—can the ambulance not show up with lights and sirens? Uhm, we’re trying to remain a little subtle.”

The operator said that that would be possible on residential streets, explaining that “usually when they turn into a residential neighborhood, they’ll turn them off.”

Austin was taken to the emergency room for nausea and severe pain, and Biden himself did not even find out about it for over a week.

In light of the coverup, Austin is now being asked to testify before the House Armed Services Committee.

Chairman Mike D. Rogers said, “Congress must understand what happened and who made decisions to prevent the disclosure of the whereabouts of a cabinet secretary…Specifically, I am alarmed you refused to answer whether you instructed your staff to not inform the president of the United States or anyone else of your hospitalization…Unfortunately, this leads me to believe that information is being withheld from Congress.”

Austin’s bizarre coverup of a serious health issue is just the latest mess for a Biden Administration that does not exude confidence to the American people.
