The Left is determined to dominate modern culture.
Now they’re taking that to an extreme by going after the most iconic fiction series of a generation.
And the most popular author on the planet just got erased from modern history.
Leftists are back to metaphorically eating their own
J.K. Rowling vaulted from being a broke single mom who worked as a teacher to being the wealthiest author in the world when she penned and published her Harry Potter book series.
The seven books in her series are available in 84 different languages and have collectively sold more than 600 million copies.
At this point, she is the only author who became a billionaire off her writing.
Her stories inspired everything from movies and merchandise to an entire theme park.
But her criticism of the Left’s radical transgender movement has the Left doing everything in its power to erase her from modern culture.
Rowling earned the fury of the woke mob after she responded to the Left’s latest linguistic gymnastics with a healthy dose of snark.
In 2020 she shared an op-ed that referred to women as “people who menstruate. “
“‘People who menstruate,’” she wrote in a social media post. “I’m sure there used to be a word for those people. Someone help me out. Wumben? Wimpund? Woomud?”
Now The Art Newspaper is reporting that Rowling “has been scrubbed from the galleries of Seattle’s Museum of Pop Culture.”
No. Who?
The museum drew attention to its decision to pretend Rowling doesn’t exist in a blog post in which it called her out by name only once before referring to the author as “You-Know-Who.”
“There’s a certain cold, heartless, joy-sucking entity in the world of Harry Potter and, this time, it is not actually a Dementor,” the blog post author wrote.
“We would love to go with the internet’s theory that these books were actually written without an author, but this certain person is a bit too vocal with her super hateful and divisive views to be ignored,” a museum employee added. “Yes, we’re talking about J.K. Rowling, and no, we don’t like that we’re giving her more publicity, so that’s the last you’ll see of her name in this post. We’ll just stick with You-Know-Who because they’re close enough in character.”
While the museum is trying to wipe Rawling from modern history, it’s still clinging to the wildly popular series she created and no doubt profiting off Rawling’s fans in the process.
