Joe Biden’s apparent inability to effectively scale even the small steps up Air Force One has made headlines all over the world.
But while the leader of the free world is commiting one attention grabbing gaffe after the next, his woke handlers are wreaking havoc behind the scenes.
Now the Biden regime is about to push a new woke mandate on every workplace in America.
The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) is a Federal agency that has been doing the bidding of the Left since its inception in 1965.
Now it’s proposing new “enforcement guidance on harassment in the workplace.”
While the new policy is supposedly being made available for legally required public input period, the truth is that it’s largely flying under the radar receiving almost no attention despite dealing with two of the most politically charged issues of the past year.

The government agency’s latest set of policies employers will have to adhere to or risk being sued for workplace harassment, is tailored to prop up the pro-abortion and transgender agendas.
Essentially, Democrats are using the regulatory process as a backdoor route to make it illegal to cross the new woke pronoun police.
According to the new proposed policy, “Sex-based discrimination includes discrimination based on sexual orientation and gender identity. Accordingly, sex-based harassment includes harassment on the basis of sexual orientation and gender identity, including how that identity is expressed.”
That means that an employee’s supervisors and coworkers could be charged with harassment if they refer to someone by their legal name and gender if that person simply “prefers” to go by a name and gender identity on a collision course with reality.
As the “misgendering” hysteria continues to become increasingly controversial, pushing former left-of-center Democrats into the Republican party, party radicals are clearly using this as a backdoor opportunity to leverage their power over the American workforce.
Government demands employers and employees obey compelled speech codes or else
Millions of average Americans will capitulate to the Woke Left’s demands when they realize their jobs—and means to support their families—are on the line.
Likewise, the new proposal aims to silence pro-life advocates by making speaking up about “decisions about contraception or abortion” a form of harassment.
Even if Joe Biden’s 2024 reelection bid fails, this regulation could quickly sink its claws into the fabric of American life.
