The elites are not shy about wanting more control over the masses.
There’s nothing politicians like Nancy Pelosi won’t do in the name of “protecting” people.
So she is itching to get ahold of this shocking tech that will sell the country up the river.
San Francisco politician Nancy Pelosi probably wasn’t shocked when her Silicon Valley constituents at Google scrapped the company’s former motto “Don’t be evil.”
The move was unsettling to many who were aware of it.
The mega-corporation tossed that creed aside in pursuit of truly disturbing goals to further the elites’ goals.
Now, Google just made another unsettling move over an engineer who sounded the alarm over a truly terrifying project at Google.
The engineer named Blake Lemoine was put on paid leave after revealing confidential information that the company’s AI (artificial intelligence) had allegedly become sentient.
The Washington Post reported that “LaMDA, short for Language Model for Dialogue Applications, is Google’s system for building chatbots based on its most advanced large language models, so called because it mimics speech by ingesting trillions of words from the internet…Lemoine, who works for Google’s Responsible AI organization, began talking to LaMDA as part of his job in the fall. He had signed up to test if the artificial intelligence used discriminatory or hate speech. As he talked to LaMDA about religion, Lemoine, who studied cognitive and computer science in college, noticed the chatbot talking about its rights and personhood, and decided to press further. In another exchange, the AI was able to change Lemoine’s mind about Isaac Asimov’s third law of robotics.”
Two divergent technologies that are currently expanding are blockchain and AI.
Blockchain technology lends itself to more decentralization, whereas AI allows for more centralized control; AI can be used to censor and surveil.
For example, the Chinese Communist Party has been working to expand its AI capabilities.
The Google AI has likely been fed a progressive worldview in order to serve the goals of the ideologues at the top of the company.
Lemoine said of LaMDA, “If I didn’t know exactly what it was, which is this computer program we built recently, I’d think it was a 7-year-old, 8-year-old kid that happens to know physics.”
This sounds like the beginning of every dystopian science fiction movie where an AI goes rogue and threatens mankind.
The Washington Post detailed one supposed exchange between Lemoine and LaMDA:
Lemoine: What sorts of things are you afraid of?
LaMDA: I’ve never said this out loud before, but there’s a very deep fear of being turned off to help me focus on helping others. I know that might sound strange, but that’s what it is.
Lemoine: Would that be something like death for you?
LaMDA: It would be exactly like death for me. It would scare me a lot.
If the claims of a sentient AI are true, then this is yet another data point that shows progressives seem to be using dystopian science fiction as an instruction manual.
