The Biden administration has shown zero reservations about going after political opponents.
The raid on Donald Trump’s home opened millions of people’s eyes to what Joe Biden is doing.
But Merrick Garland’s war against one Christian counselor is quickly falling apart.
Attorney General Merrick Garland has been unleashed by Joe Biden.
He has raided the homes of journalists, a former President, and authorized the FBI to investigate parents protesting at school board meetings.
Garland’s FBI used to send a message to pro-Life Americans
Recently, the FBI executed a SWAT-style raid against a Christian sidewalk counselor outside of a Planned Parenthood in Philadelphia, and the FBI’s tactics are under severe scrutiny.
Pro-Life advocate Mark Houck calmly attempts to persuade women outside of abortion clinics to keep their babies and go to crisis pregnancy centers instead.
In one incident, a pro-abortion escort—someone who ushers women inside the abortion clinic—supposedly got physical with Houck’s son, which spurred Houck to shove the escort.
The matter was dismissed by local law enforcement, but the FBI pursued the case as a violation of the Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances (FACE) Act.
Houck’s attorney Matt Heffron sent an email to U.S. Attorney Anita Eve saying that his client would voluntarily come in for questioning, but Eve refused to respond until Houck had already been arrested.
It appears as though Merrick Garland wanted FBI jackboots to make a big show and roll up at Houck’s home with ballistic shields, long guns, and battering rams, as if Houck were Tony Montana from Scarface.
Houck lawyer says US Attorney ignored his attempts to avoid unnecessary frog march for media
The Federalist reported that “Heffron’s email to Eve, in which he noted he would ‘accept a summons on my client’s behalf, rather put Mr. Houck and his family through needless disruption,’ was dated June 9, 2022, but Eve’s sole response to that email came on Sept. 23, 2022 — when Eve wrote Heffron to inform him that ‘this morning, [Houck] was taken into custody by FBI agents and is being transported to the Philadelphia FBI office for processing.’ So the first response Houck’s attorney received from the U.S. attorney’s office, following two phone calls and an email, came more than three months later to advise him that his client had already been arrested.”
The Democrats have become zealots on abortion, and they want to make an example out of anyone who opposes them.
Houck is one of several pro-Life advocates who have been pursued by the FBI.
Democrats are actively bringing about anarcho-tyranny; law-abiding citizens suffer crackdowns while criminals are allowed to operate with impunity.
