Biden’s Justice Department has gone from threatening conservatives to actually charging them with clearly partisan made-up crimes.
So far, a total of 11 pro-Life activists have been charged with seven accused of “conspiracy against rights secured by the FACE Act.”
Four others have also been charged with other FACE Act violations, Fox News reported.
The federal Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances (FACE) Act is an obvious attempt by Democrats to weaponize the feds so the Justice Department can go after conservatives even in red states.
According to the Justice Department’s website the FACE Act allows it to “bring criminal charges under the Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances Act (“FACE” ) (which prohibits threats of force, obstruction and property damage intended to interfere with reproductive health care services), or other federal criminal statutes where arson, firearms, and threats were also used.”
The federal agency even goes as far as to claim that “the FACE Act is not about abortions. The statute protects all patients, providers, and facilities that provide reproductive health services, including pro-Life pregnancy counseling services and any other pregnancy support facility providing reproductive health care.”
But it’s glaringly obvious that as long as Joe Biden is in office—and Democrats have a lion’s share of power on Capitol Hill—a glaringly obvious double standard will continue to exist.

Videos from the protest in Tennessee, where conservative activists were charged with supposedly blocking the entrance to an abortion clinic, show a peaceful gathering with activists singing hymns.
But according to the feds, the pro-Life activists amounted to a “blockade” and committed the unforgivable crime of “attempting to engage a patient and her companion.”
This latest attempt to send a message to all conservative activists follows an incident where more than a dozen federal agents surrounded a Pennsylvania pro-Life activist’s home with guns drawn based on claims Mark Houck had assaulted a man outside an abortion clinic earlier this year.
Obviously, the situation hadn’t proved particularly dire since local police didn’t bother to arrest and charge Houck at the time of the incident, which reportedly stemmed from a pro-abortion activist getting in Houck’s son’s face.
What’s more, a civil lawsuit against Houck over the altercation was dismissed in court as groundless.
Yet, somehow, Houck is now facing up to 11 years in prison and up to $350,000 in fines thanks to FACE act charges at the hands of Merrick Garland’s DOJ.
Meanwhile, the Justice Department is conveniently overlooking a rash of violent and destructive attacks on pro-Life clinics by the wackos over at “Jane’s Revenge.”
Clearly, it’s fine if violent activists break into a pro-Life pregnancy center and set it on fire.
But saying something to a woman on her way into a pro-death pregnancy center, well, that’s obviously beyond the pale according to the rules Biden’s lackeys play by.
