Merrick Garland’s DOJ is out of control after one jaw-dropping J6 trial bombshell

Democrats are in panic mode as more information around January 6th comes out.

They have lost control of the bogus narrative that the Capitol Hill riot was an “armed insurrection.”

And Merrick Garland’s DOJ is out of control after one jaw-dropping J6 trial bombshell.

Tucker Carlson threw a grenade at the establishment when he released never-before-seen footage of from January 6 that showed Jacob Chansley, who was given the moniker QAnon Shaman, shuffling around the building as Capitol police nonchalantly stood around and even tried to open doors for him.

Chansley was sentenced to four years in prison as the face of the insurrection, but that narrative fell apart with the security footage.

And the state’s case against a group known as the Proud Boys could be falling apart, too.

The Proud Boys, which was started by comedian and political commentator Gavin McInnes as a quasi-frat group, have been turned into a far-right paramilitary white nationalist group by the corporate-controlled press even though the group has nonwhite members in leadership.

The Proud Boys were supposed to be linchpins of “armed insurrection” on January 6, but the case against some of the defendants could be crumbling because of malfeasance on the part of the FBI.

January 6 defendant attorney: FBI Special Agent withheld and deleted evidence

According to a court filing from attorney Nick Smith, who is defending one of the Proud Boys, Special Agent Nicole Miller of the FBI withheld and even deleted evidence of the Bureau’s involvement.

Smith’s filing read, “She testified that she understood her legal duty under the Jencks Act to produce to the U.S. Attorny’es office (USAO) written states relating to the subject matter of her testimony…Miller acknowledged that among those statements were messages she sent in FBI’s Lynch messaging system, where Bureau employees communicate with one another. She testified that in order to comply with her Jencks obligations she compiled her Lynch messages in an Excel spreadsheet which was then produced to the USAO.”

However, Miller seemingly deleted several Excel rows that contained FBI communications.

The filing continued, “The version of Miller’s Excel sheet produced to the defense contained 25 rows of her Lynch messages. In cross-examination the agent acknowledged she alone implied that disclosure. She testified that those messages constituted a complete production of her Jencks statements from Lych. However, a close examination of the agent’s sheet revealed over one thousand hidden Excel rows of messages. Miller was thus examined as to whether she had withheld from prosecutors Lynch messages concering whether…a conspiracy charge was factually supported in the Proud Boys case”

Her communications also included that an FBI “boss assigned [her] 338 items of evidence I have to destroy.”

The Gretchen Whitmer kidnapping case fell apart because 12 of the 26 conspirators were FBI agents who did the bulk of the planning.

The J6 trial involving the Proud Boys could be falling apart due to similar FBI shenanigans.
