The Biden administration is being run like a crime syndicate.

And Attorney General Merrick Garland acts as if he were a top lieutenant.

Now Garland refuses to turn over one incriminating Biden document.

The sketchiness laid at the feet of the Biden family keeps getting worse, and the Department of Justice has apparently had to go to greater lengths to protect Joe Biden.

Multiple IRS whistleblowers have come forward with tales of malfeasance at the hands of the DOJ; a senior IRS investigator looking into Hunter Biden’s taxes and shady business dealings was abruptly pulled off the case for no good reason.

And Attorney General Merrick Garland was supposedly the DOJ official who was behind the sudden switch-up.

Now FBI Director Christopher Wray is refusing to turn over a document to Congress that could contain incriminating evidence against the Biden Crime Family.

According to the House Oversight Committee, which is investigating “influence-peddling” by the Bidens, the FBI is slow-walking the disclosure of an internal FD-1023 form that supposedly details an “arrangement” for cash in exchange for policy decisions.

Such influence-peddling is commonplace in the D.C. Swamp and has been happening out in the open.

For instance, Biden boasted about getting a prosecutor fired who was investigating the Ukrainian energy company Burisma, where Hunter Biden coincidentally received $83,000 per month despite having zero experience in the energy sector.

In response to the FBI refusing to hand over the form, House Speaker Kevin McCarthy said in an interview with Maria Bartiromo, “I wanted to be clear with the FBI director…Congress has a right, and we have the jurisdiction, to oversee the FBI. I explained to the director that we will do everything in our power, and [that] we have jurisdiction over the FBI – that we have the right to see this document…I believe, after this call, we will get this document.”

Other Republicans in Congress, including Rep. James Comer (R-KY) and Senator Chuck Grassley (R-IA), called the FBI’s delay “unacceptable” in a letter.

Grassley said, “The FBI’s credibility is on the line, and their continued failure to cooperate will have long lasting consequences.”

The FBI’s credibility most certainly is on the line, especially in light of Special Counsel John Durham’s scathing report into the origins of the Crossfire Hurricane investigation.

The FBI launched the Russiagate investigation into Donald Trump based on nothing more than opposition research from Hillary Clinton.

Evidently, establishment elites were desperate to get Joe Biden into the White House.

And now it might have cost them some of their FBI goodies if Republicans follow through.
