Now a stunning new lawsuit has revealed how the privacy of average Americans was allegedly violated.
And it all started when Merrick Garland got a shocking request from Eric Adams that put both of them back on the hot seat.

Unvaccinated NYC teachers flagged with “problem codes” and fingerprints sent to the FBI
Attorney John Bursch is representing a group of former teachers in the Big Apple who say their careers were sabotaged by NYC Mayor Eric Adams and the federal Justice Department.
According to Bursch, teachers who refused to get the jab were not only fired, but they also are also struggling to get work elsewhere thanks to actions by the city and federal governments.
“When the city puts these problem codes on employees who have been terminated because of their unconstitutional policies, not only do they have this flag in their files, but their fingerprints are sent with that flag to the FBI and the New York Criminal Justice Services, so it impacts their ongoing ability to get employment at other places,” Bursch explained.
Former NYC teacher Rachelle Garcia was interviewed on Fox and Friends where she responded to learning about the FBI’s alleged profiling.
“This is both outrageous and infuriating because my first question to the government or whatever, is basically, what did I do? What kind of criminal activity did I participate besides denying something that I felt that was right for me?” Garcia pointed out to host Ashley Strohmier. “Religiously, mentally, I just didn’t want anything experimental on my body, so what criminal activity does that persist?”
Part of the evidence being collected for the lawsuit includes an affidavit written by investigative journalist Betsy Combier who explained exactly how the New York’s Department of Education has been misusing teachers’ private information.
“I found out that the DOE has right now an agency called the Office of Personnel Investigation, and what they do is they have employees of the DOE who, forgive me, call themselves investigators, but they’re not,” she told Fox News.
“So, they work for OPI, and when they get an accusation from anybody, it doesn’t matter who, well, the principals send it to them, but the original complaint against somebody could be made by anybody that this employee, that employee did something wrong,” she added.
Over the past few years Democrats have proven time and again that they are in league with authoritarian leftists who want nothing more than to shred the Constitution and micromanage the lives of every American citizen.
