Now, Biden’s Attorney General Merrick Garland could have hell to pay for trying to sweep a massive scandal under the rug.

Joe Biden’s failed regime has been an indefensible disaster for the country.

With everything going wrong, Biden has been trying to shut down his critics.

After parents discovered the Marxist indoctrination in schools during the pandemic, uproar began to build.

Parents showed up at school board meetings to protest radical leftwing ideas like Critical Race Theory.

This grassroots energy from parents helped to propel Republicans to an upset victory in Virginia’s governor race last year.

Fearing a conservative grassroots uprising, Attorney General Merrick Garland colluded with the National School Boards Association (NSBA) to get these concerned parents labeled as domestic terrorists.

The NSBA sent a letter to the Biden regime with the bogus claim that school officials were facing threats and violence at school board meetings.

The letter asked that the regime use the PATRIOT Act to investigate these parent’s actions as “domestic terrorism.”

Afterwards, Garland ordered the FBI work with local officials to investigate, “threats against school administrators, board members, teachers, and staff.”

Garland added that this new partnership “will open dedicated lines of communication for threat reporting, assessment, and response.”

During Congressional testimony while under oath, he admitted his role in this and Republican states began to investigate this outrageous abuse of power.

Republican attorneys general used the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) to request documents and correspondence between Garland and the NSBA.

But the Biden regime has been stonewalling these requests.

A coalition of 14 Republican states sued the regime for not complying with the FOIA request.

The regime is trying to get the lawsuit dismissed by claiming that they’re not “agencies subject to the FOIA.”

Shortly after the FOIA lawsuit, the Justice Department released new FOIA guidelines that they claimed “favored disclosure and transparency.”

Indiana Attorney General Todd Rokita was a part of the lawsuit requesting the Biden regime comply with the FOIA requests.

He ripped the cover up that Biden is trying to perpetrate.

“The Biden administration has again failed the American people by trying to sweep their assault on parents’ freedom of speech under the rug,” Rokita told Fox News.

“Their refusal to answer these questions from our 14-state coalition shows their blatant disregard for truth and transparency. Millions of taxpaying parents deserve answers from the government they pay for,” he continued.

“We must remain vigilant of a federal government that labels parents as ‘domestic terrorists’ for opposing CRT and that would send the FBI to crack down on parents’ First Amendment rights,” Rokita concluded.

This is a massive abuse of power by Biden and he’s desperate to cover up his role. 

With Republicans expected to retake control of Congress, this massive scandal will be a target for investigations.
