Joe Biden has aimed the Department of Justice on his political enemies.
The Democratic Party is following his lead.
And one journalist who exposed Biden corruption got some jaw-dropping news.
James O’Keefe has been a thorn in the side of the Left for years.
His undercover journalism has exposed countless public officials engaging in government malfeasance.
And because he has been so effective in going after the Left, they are now coming after him full blast.
According to a report from the far-Left outlet the Nation, O’Keefe is under investigation in New York state for allegedly embezzling money from Project Veritas, the nonprofit investigative journalist organization he founded.
After O’Keefe ran an exposé on a drug company which benefited financially from the Biden administration’s vaccine mandates, he was suddenly hit with allegations of lavish spending.
The Veritas board publicly admonished O’Keefe and eventually squeezed him out of his own organization.
Now the Left are fishing for any supposed infraction in true Stalinist fashion.
Lavrentiy Beria, head of Stalin’s secret police, famously said, “Show me the man and I’ll find you the crime.”
The Democrats have taken that tactic to heart, first with the endless lawfare against Donald Trump, and now O’Keefe.
Old organization denies responsibility for new O’Keefe allegations
Hannah Giles, newly appointed Veritas CEO who worked with O’Keefe on his original ACORN sting, claimed that the organization was not behind the investigation.
Giles said, “Project Veritas did not initiate any potential investigation the Westchester DA’s office may be conducting with respect to James O’Keefe…However, PV cooperates with the authorities as required by law.”
Prior to the Pfizer story, O’Keefe put a target on his back when he got hold of Ashley Biden’s diary, which included salacious accusations against Joe.
However, O’Keefe did not run the story because he could not authenticate the diary.
It turned out that the diary belonged to Ashley Biden and she had left it at a rehab facility.
Someone discovered it and took it to O’Keefe, who attempted to return it to the Bidens, then later law enforcement.
The FBI later raided the home of O’Keefe and another Veritas journalist.
The fed tactics were so off-putting, even Left-wing organizations that despise O’Keefe came to his defense.
The ACLU wrote in a statement, “[T]he precedent set in this case could have serious consequences for press freedom. Unless the government had good reason to believe that Project Veritas employees were directly involved in the criminal theft of the diary, it should not have subjected them to invasive searches and seizures. We urge the court to appoint a special master to ensure that law enforcement officers review only those materials that were lawfully seized and that are directly relevant to a legitimate criminal investigation.”
O’Keefe has since launched the O’Keefe Media Group (OMG) where he continues to run undercover stings.
