Alvin Bragg had a partner in the Democrat Judge
Former President Donald Trump wasn’t just fighting Soros-backed Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg in the kangaroo court.
Democrat Judge Juan Merchan, who presided over the case, was helping Bragg every step of the way to get a conviction.
Merchan should have never been on the Trump case because of his glaring conflicts of interest.
He donated to President Joe Biden’s campaign in 2020 and a Democrat PAC dedicated to stopping Trump.
The Manhattan criminal case for 34 crimes pulled out of thin air by Bragg was a disaster for the country.
But for Judge Merchan’s daughter, it was great for business.
Loren Merchan is a partner at the Democrat consulting and fundraising firm, Authentic Campaigns.
She counted Vice President Kamala Harris and Representative Adam Schiff (D-CA) among her firm’s clients.
Democrat candidates using Authentic Campaigns were fundraising off the Trump trial while Loren Merchan’s dad was presiding over it.
Jim Jordan probes Democrat firm with links to Judge Merchan
House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jim Jordan (R-OH) hit Authentic Campaigns with a subpoena for any communications the company had with Democrat Judge Juan Merchan and anything related to the Manhattan criminal case against Trump.
Authentic Campaigns CEO Michael Nellis is also being hauled in front of the committee to testify.
“Popularly elected prosecutors, such as Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg, have engaged in an unprecedented abuse of authority by prosecuting a former President of the United States and current nominee for that office,” Jordan wrote Nellis.
Nellis claimed that Jordan’s probe was politically motivated.
“Of relevance to the Committee’s oversight is the impartiality of Judge Juan Merchan, the presiding trial judge, due to his refusal to recuse himself from the case in light of his apparent conflicts of interest and biases,” Jordan added. “One such conflict is Ms. Merchan’s—daughter of Judge Merchan and President of Authentic Campaigns—work on behalf of President Trump’s political adversaries and the possible financial benefit that Ms. Merchan and Authentic Campaigns received from the prosecution and conviction of President Trump.”
Trump still faces a September 18 sentencing date for the Manhattan show trial.
Judge Merchan is still helping the clients of his daughter politically by muzzling Trump with an unconstitutional gag order even though the trial is over.
The former President isn’t allowed to make public comments about the prosecution, court staff, or their family members.
This means that Trump can’t say anything publicly about the fact that Judge Merchan’s daughter works for a Democrat firm that raised money off of his trial.
He can’t defend himself in the court of public opinion without risking the Democrat Judge using it to throw him in jail on September 18.
